We've been with Dr.Fiorini for 2 years and I am just so dissapointed with the overall healthcare system in Canada. I still had hope that doctors involved with childeren would be better since they are so fragile but I couldn't be more wrong.

My son was born with severe GERD and colic but took us 3 separate visits before we were finally given medication. 4 months of pure agony seeing my child like that.

Tongue tie that she refused to recognize.

My son was not meeting his milestones and my mom gut kept telling me something was seriously off but Dr.Fiorini kept brushing me off saying not to worry.

Eventually after struggling for almost 2 years and begging for the past 4 months they finally gave needed refferals which they messed up several times.

Now we finally found out my son has serious brain damage but with early intervention can be helped a lot so I'm glad I followed my gut and pushed through because if I had trusted her my boy would be much worse off. I'm considering writing the board.

We would have gone to a different doctor but unfortunately it's very hard to find a pediatrician accepting patients

She is also very against other doctors opinions and doesnt trust their diagnoses. Anyone without a PhD is not allowed to have an opinion or it's invalid or not worth it according to her.

Besides that, staff in the clinic is extremely rude ignoring you, or being short with you and even one time the nurse cussed at my child for crying after she tried to take him from me and he got scared

Dr. Fiorini is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. We've been going to her for years now, and there are not enough words to describe just how amazing she's been for both our kids!! We adore her and her staff!

Receptionist is terrible not returning calls don't care. On other hand Dr. Fiorini is professional, helpful, knowledgeable you always you leave with solutions if you manage to get true Receptionist to get appointment.

Receptionist is miserable but Dr Fiorini is super nice, patient, kind, never rush you, professional and knowledgable. Although hard to get her for non-scheduled appointment but she is an amazing doc you can get for your kids for check ups. She also has the nicest writing

Dr. Fiorini is a great Dr. her staff not so much - it is a mission calling the office and has he personality of a doorknob. Daisy is wonderful and has always been but "Denise" I believe is miserable and should not be dealing with people at all. I avoid going to see Dr. Fiorni at all costs unless absolutely necessary as dealing with calling the office is a nightmare.

Good doctor if you don't mind waiting in for appointment at least one hour. Receptionists is very rude almost never pickup the phone and takes forever to return your call for appointment.

She’s nice, she takes her time but you can be there at least an hour. People have walked away from their appointment because she runs so late.
Reception staff have as much charm as a verruca
which makes the whole experience fairly unpalatable.

Her receptionist is probably the worst person you could ever deal with in the health industry. She is rude, doesn't manage appointments properly and takes days to respond phone calls. Dr. Fiorini, please hire someone competent!!!
