Excellent patient doctor. Very thorough and kind. Old school doctor. Not rushed. He was about 5 minutes behind schedule and apologized many times. No problem. He was the only doctor who laid hands on me to access my pain issue after 2 years since my stroke. Instead of looking at me and asking me to do certain tasks, he put his hands right in my pain and knew what was triggering it. I had to wait 5 months to see him but worth the wait. He will do procedure in next week or or so! Very glad I found him.

Leaves patients waiting literally years after getting referred. Won't even book you an appointment unless you call multiple times and have your GP send multiple referrals. When they finally do get around to starting to book you in, it's quite evident they would never have bothered if you hadn't followed up incessantly.

After patients have been waiting over TWO YEARS for an appointment, cancels at the last minute "due to weather" when it doesn't even snow until late the following day. Receptionist is very rude, didn't even offer a rebooking and keeps saying the doctor will need to check the books. Completely unprofessional, showcases everything wrong with Nova Scotia's health system.

How long should patients wait to be rebooked for a two year appointment? Another six months? Guess we'll just keep waiting for the doctor to "check his books"...it's not like neurological issues could possibly progress in 2.5 years...

You won’t find care this thorough and helpful often in a lifetime. Incredibly kind, explains everything that will be done and why and how it affects you. Expect 2-4 hour appointment.

I went to see Dr Majaess for an EMG. He is the sweetest, kindest most respectful doctor I’ve ever met. He takes his time to explain everything and is always concerned about your comfort. Such an amazing man.

While Dr. Majess s a wonderful person, 2019 was a terrible year for me due to the fact that my main injury was missed. I was a patient of his for over 12 years with lower back and left hip problems. While numerous procedures were done, an MRI was never done on me, thus my problems only worsened. By the time I got to an orthopedic surgeon, he had to put me back together. My left gluteus max and minius were completely ruptured, muscles were atrophied. The surgeon had to put me back together with pins and screws. Five months later, I had my left knee replaced. All this was just missed and I will now only be at 70%. Always push until you feel the most has been for yourself.

Dr. George Majaess is wonderful at what he does. I was amazed at how meticulous he was and his passion was unbelievable. He took his time and made you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anybody!
