I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews about anyone or any company. As a matter of fact this will be my first.
I am very frustrated with the integrity and service this practice has to offer.
My condition is serious and I need surgery to correct it.
I have pain everyday that requires medication .
The secretary is aware of this but she does not care and has a POOR attitude. She does not have any compassion and seems indifferent.
It is no wonder that there are so many complaints about her.
I am surprised she still has a job here.
I hope she is reading her reviews this should serve as a wake up call.

I have been trying to get an appointment since last October 2020
The secretary denied she received the requisition form by fax from my doctor and asked if we could refax it.

At that time three weeks have gone by and finally she verified they received the fax.
It is now the end of January and 3 1/2 months later and I have not received a date for even an idea when I will have an appointment with the doctor.
I have called on several occasions and no one answers the phone it is a miracle I received a call back.
From what I understand the appointment is just a phone call.
I definitely will not be waiting any longer my frustration is more than anyone deserves.

Stay away and go somewhere else.

Dr Wang operated on one of my shoulders 8 years ago, and I have had some minor issues since then (most of them my own fault). Took the time to explain things very in depth (I was interested in going into the medical field and was always trying to teach me things). Wait times are quite lengthy, however, he spends a great amount of time with patients to make sure all of their questions are answered, would recommend him in a heartbeat. Fantastic bedside manners!!!

Dr. Wang has operated on one of my knees and one of my shoulders.
I could not be more pleased with the results of both procedures.
Thank you Dr. Wang.

I had surgery performed on my shoulder by Dr. Wang in January of this year Unfortunately the damage to my shoulder was so severe that he could not repair it I went to a follow appointment weeks after my surgery expecting the worst Dr. Wang told me that a relatively new surgery was available if I wanted to have a second surgery This just told me that he really cares about his patiences and wasn't going to give up on my injury I'm scheduled for this surgery in the very near future and I'm excited that I may have my injury corrected Update to follow

I've been a patient for years. Excellent surgeon with excellent bedside manners.
Not sure why all the negativity and very false accusations towards his secretary. She's helped myself and my family a great deal..what Ive noticed most sitting in the waiting room waiting for my turn...is how his secretary stays calm and organized under pressure. I've been to some offices. No comparison.
Thanks Dr Wang....and thank you to your secretary on doing a great job.

There is no question that the doctor's secretary is harsh, insensitive, incompetent, disorganized, and negligent in her duties to patients. She fails to return calls and have inquiries followed up. She rarely answers the phone and is abrupt when spoken to in person. This is inexcusable and woefully unsatisfactory behaviour, completely lacking professional decorum. I agree with the many comments that other have made regarding her ability. Being busy is not a valid reason for never returning a phone call. It is incomprehensible that she remains employed by this doctor, whose abilities as a surgeon seem to be largely beyond reproach. Nevertheless, due to his secretary's blatant disregard for customer service and painfully obvious lack of administrative ability, I may be shopping for another surgeon simply to ensure I receive reasonable feedback, something which is not forthcoming from this secretary.

I have been under Dr. Wang's care for the past few years for a knee injury. He is an excellent surgeon and takes the time with me to explain the various details, options and procedures. Surgery went exceptionally well and I would rate his bedside manners, some of the best out there. His secretary has always been helpful and never an issue. The old saying, how you treat others is how you will be treated.
