Dr Lapin helped my daughter receive the best treatment for bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Although it was 25 years ago when you treated Zena, we are ever grateful for his attentive care in helping her grow up to be an amazing young lady! Thank you, Dr Lapin, for giving the medical attention that my daughter needed in order to get better!

My son has had pneumonia 3 times in the last year and he is only just 3. This office just wanted to put him on medication instead of trying to find out what the root cause of this illness is. On Easter my son was rushed by ambulance after he stopped breathing was sent to CCMC where they discovered he has the start of pneumonia again for the 4th time in less than a year. I talked with the nurse on staff and not only did they not want to see him, the wanted to up his steriods and said I was non-compliant because I don't like to see my son on all these steriods. They are more interested in medicating then they are to finding a root cause. Needless to say I am switching doctors.

Dr. Lapin along with the other pulm. drs in the practice are extremely conservative, unflexible and reisistant to parental input when diagnosing their patients' medical issues and prescribing their therapies. Their objective is to keep them out of the hospital only. They don't want to work with the parents to progress the patient from dependency to meds and vent settings. Dr. Lapin is condesending and needs to lighten up on his lectures to very loving, medically attentive parents. If I were you, I would get a second opinion.

Dr. Lapin and the staff at the pulumonlogy unit at CCMClack compassion. My daughter was a patient of Dr Daigle until she left. The staff after her departure was rude and insensitive. Dr. Lapin lacks any kind of bedside manner. There was a general sense of diorganization with in the office. We chose to find a different Dr, after Dr. Lapin was confrontational in front on our 14 year old daughter.
