Dr. Tiffany Chan on the web site state she speak Mandarin. When call the staff state she did not speak Mandarin. As my wife can not speak English and try to make appointment would not help us as my wife is sick. ..

Dr Chan is one of the best Doctors I’ve had over the pass 60 years. She very well read on health care studies, and aware of new treatments on the market and which are good, which ones work and which don’t. I would not want to have to change doctors for the rest of my time on this planet. She is simply the best.

I am glad I am NOT the only to see the change from Dr. T Chan . I agree with the following comment "Ever since Dr. Tiffany had a family, she has no concern for her patients. And the clinic 's service has gone down. No one answers your call and returns your call in a timely manner anymore.

Dr Chan is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had. She is eager to perform my annual medicals and ensures that all the necessary tests are completed and followed up on. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Chan is always helpful and compassionate. I struggle with some hypochondriac behaviour which I am sure is very frustrating for doctors. She has not once made me feel shameful or dismissed. Her clinic is typically great at accommodating week of appointments if needed.

Overall, very patient and compassionate doctor. Never tries to rush you out.
