The clinic staff is as you'd expect from any other walk in, they are there to get some info and nothing more.

Is it always quick? No. But is Dr. Marian Shaker is without question the best Dr I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.

Caring, listening, compassionate, takes the time to actually listen to you, and so so so many other amazing traits every dr should strive to have.

She is wonderful. Full stop. Helped me IMMENSELY as I was not doing well at all in my life. I only wish she was accepting patients.

Once you can see the doctor - she is great. But good luck with the wait. The clinic does not prioritize appointments. Walkins get slotted ahead of appointments and you will wait FOREVER to get put in a room. Its not uncommon to wait an hour when you have an appointment. Terrible clinic organization. Also the waiting room is aweful. Its way to small and there are people coughing etc and there is no spacing between chairs - and because you sit and wait for so long, good luck not picking up a virus when you are there for a non illness related cause.

Dr Shaker is amazing but the man at the front desk is horrible. He consistently puts walk ins ahead of patients with appointments which is very frustrating. I wait on average 1.5 hrs to see Dr Shaker every time I have an appointment which should not be so long in my opinion. Everyone at this office is amazing except for the man at the front desk unfortunately.

I have been seeing Dr.Shaker for years and she has always taken great care of me and my family. She takes time to make sure our concerns are addressed and that the appropriate next steps are taken. She is kind, empathetic, and treats her patients with incredible respect. One of the only doctors that doesn't ignore my concerns.
I also had a wonderful experience with the staff. the male receptionist was very kind and accommodating for my family and I and made all of us very comfortable.
Dr.Shaker and her team are wonderful assets to our community!

My family and I are waiting for her to be our GP. She treated my husband and son like walk-ins, she was very professional, she showed great experience, and most importantly, she was very empathetic and humane. Also, she rightly treated my son for recurrent tonsillitis, when three other doctors, including some from the ER, were unable to treat him. Dr. Shaker is a very good professional.

Dr Shaker was a good but now that she has her own clinic, she is late and rushes through her appointments. Male receptionist is rude and puts walk in patients ahead of scheduled patients.
