Staff: 3. Since there is a guy in the reception who lacks patient handling skill.
Punctuality: 3. Since even if you book appointment, doctor will come literally after 50 min to see you.
Helpfulness: 2. Since the doctor does not talk much. She fails to provide how to use ointments, pill,. Doctor frown upon when asked any questions.
Knowledge: Knowledge wise, the doctor looks sound.

She's been my family Dr for about 10 years and all i can say is that I'm SO HAPPY i found her. She has never hesitated to refer me to a specialist when needed where a lot of Dr's try to diagnose things on their own without referreals. She's kind, caring and compassionate and was originally referred to me by a friend who is a Nurse and worked with her at the hospital.

She is very kind and really takes care of me and a very special person who deserves the greatest respect of all family doctors
Her clinic has tremendous staff especially the pharmacist who goes over and beyond a special guy

Dr Shaker is great, she is very caring and always listens to me. However, she recently changed locations and the male receptionist who works at her new office lacks basic empathy and understanding. Typically, my pharmacy faxes a prescription request to Dr. Shaker which she signs and sends back but as of late the receptionist states she is too busy to do that and you need to come in. When I tried to explain that I am a single parent, working full time and that I have no time to come in before the prescription would run out he gave me no other options and essentially said "too bad". He was very rude and unprofessional on the phone.
