I was referred to Dr. Hafezi in Dec 2023. I was able to get an appointment promptly, and on arrival , everyone, from the ladies in reception, young technician, and Dr. Hafezi were a pleasure to deal with . Visit was informative , quick , and achieved the results I was looking for. Highly recommend.

This comment is definitely not from the receptionist herself definitely not, (I am being sarcastic, she would do this because thats her personality really childish behaviour cant believe we have people like her working in customer service )- "Still waiting to see Dr. Hafezi, but I called to see where I was on the list and the receptionist was super nice and friendly. Doctor Hafezi missed our scheduled phone appointment, I left four messages over three weeks with the office staff to be called back. Either he never received the messages or he forgot to return my call.

One of the receptionists was defensive and rude when I mentioned that I had left previous messages and was hoping to speak with him. When he finally did call back he clearly was not paying attention as he asked me three times if I smoke and twice if I am taking medications in a 6-7 minute phone call.

I did everything that was asked of me and still had to make an appointment with my GP in order to get in contact with Dr. Hafezi.

I have worked with the public for close to 30 years and I am very patient and tolerant of others. Dr. Hafezi and his staff really tested my boundaries with their indifference and lack of respect.

They run late for seeing you for your appointment, at least 10 to 20 minutes behind schedule. We also have important things to do ourselves.

Answered all of my questions. Seemed quite knowledgeable. Towards the end of my appointment he seemed rushed and less willing to reassure some of my questions. I was still able to get them answered though, just felt like a pain to him though.

I felt the clinic was quite hypocritical as they mention on their reminder texts and a sign at the door that masks are mandatory. Yet none of the staff wore masks. As a respiratory clinic, how do you expect your patients to wear masks yet none of the staff do.

Great experience all around - the receptionist and other staff was very friendly as was Dr. Hafezi. Always a quiet, calm atmosphere and a very knowledgeable doctor who takes his time and really listens to you.
