Although Dr. Elisa Sparks seems to be very kind woman, her length for appointments always exceeds the maximum amount of time they tell you to plan for- expect to wait over an hour past your scheduled appointment time just waiting in the lobby. prior to every appointment I would ask what to expect at the next check up since this is going to be my first child- never once did it ever even remotely go according to what they told me tp expect and always had surprise additions while acting like I should know better as to what was actually going to occur in said appointment. despite being clueless to EVERY appointment since they kept me in the dark- on one occasion one of the staff members started an argument with me; to my surprise at my next appointment (approximately 4 weeks later) over an hour of waiting past my appointment time I get pulled back to an office by the "manager", I assumed she just wanted to hear my side about what happened. after explaining to her my experience she tells me that the specific team member was a repeat offender for theses incidents (even breaking their protocols), and despite what occurred I was no longer welcome at their facility. My mind is just blown that a provider would choose to handle her business in this manner-- because I chose to not let someone on their staff treat me horribly I have to find a new doctor... to top it off they had an entire MONTH to tell me this. Instead they chose to have me waste my time, money, lose my lunch hour (and then some) just to be told I need a new doctor because I would make a staff member uncomfortable. in my opinion this is beyond profoundly unprofessional; I'm just glad I found out where their priorities lie in regards to their patients sooner rather than later; now I have time to find an actually decent provider to deliver my baby. P.S. also she didn't even humor me when I explained my thoughts/opinions regarding my birth plan- she made it seem like it was her way or nothing.

I have been going to Dr. Sparkes for several years and really appreciated her care and concern, however, when trying to schedule a yearly (routine) exam, I was told that it would be November of 2017 before I could get in. Apparently, the staff has not been given any alternatives or options for this long delay in appointment availability. Unfortunately, this will probably result in a move to another doctor which is certainly not what I desire.

I love, love, love her!! She's by far the most Amazing Dr. I have met!! She's amazing all around! I feel like I've known her forever and I can tell her anything or ask, & whether I want to hear the answer or not she just let's me have it!😊 I'll definitely be going back to her for my soon too be next child!😍

Would not recommend her to anyone. Spoke with her about wanting a natural childbirth in the beginning of my pregnancy, she agreed to work with me and signed my birth plan, and then at 39 weeks tried to scare me into an induction even though the results of my NST's came back positive. After refusing to be induced, she said "Do you have a degree in Obstetrics?" This was the last time I went to her office, and I immediatly switched care providors who assured me that it was safe to carry my baby to term, and past if necessary. I went into labor on my own and had a beautiful healthy baby girl at 40 weeks & 5 days. I sincerely recommend that if you wish to have an undmedicated birth, this is not the providor for you.

She will not see you in less than 2 hours. She is a horrible excuse for a "doctor". She has zero bed side manner and no concern for the modesty of her patients.

Dr. Sparkes was so nice and helpful with everything- especially since I was delievering my first child. She kept me informed and up to date throughout the pregnancy, which ultimately resulted in a c-section. She is very personable and caring with each person.

She is the sweetest Doctor I have met. She is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions. Her office is very clean and comfortable. Her staff is nice. I highly recommend her to anyone.
