Dr Robinson did my breast reduction in September and did a fantastic job! Dr Robinson treated me very well and explained everything in a reassuring manner each time I saw her. Nurse Tane and all the staff were very helpful and kind, as were the nurses at SISC, especially nurse Jenn. Overall great experience!

I had a horrible experience with her. This was years ago and I’m still mad about it. No grace, cold person, bad attitude, did a bad job. Left huge scars where another would probably leave fine scars. Be wary.

Dr Robinson did a phenomenal job preforming my breast reduction. She was incredibly kind and has a great sense of humour. Her incredible attention to detail allowed me to come out of surgery with a new sense of confidence. Ellen was also amazing answering the million emails I sent with many questions and never made me feel silly. I would highly recommend Dr Robinson to anyone looking for a skilled plastic surgeon. 100% worth the wait to get in!

There are no words to describe how much I love Dr Robinson's surgical skills! She is incredibly detailed and talented at seeing the balance and symmetry required to have a successful surgical outcome. Her suturing skills alone are exceptional as well as her *eye* in seeing what needs to be achieved on the body. She is realistic with expectations and presents outcome potential as it should be presented, with clarity and explanation. She's very picky about her work and it shows! I would not trust another surgeon. Katherine and Julia are phenomenal in the office and I adore them for their patience at my numerous questions. Run, don't walk to Jennifer!

Horrible experience first time meeting her she flat out made fun of my weight I'm a trans man it's hard I had surgery done on the 21 she came and saw me and flat out said oh you really need to lose weight I been trying to she said if I do this I'll look unproportion I don't want to hear that when it is supposed to be the best day of my life I been trying to lose weight it's harder when some had a fatty tissue on there liver but I had no one with me to support me three my time she didn't need to get at my weight I want to lose weight I got my surgery done but I'm hurting and regret cuz I guess I'm some unproportion guy I'm 36 years old I wish I said this when I was younger I'm trying to lose weight

I am very impressed with the entire practice, from my first phone call with Julia to my final follow up with Dr. Robinson. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you in any way possible and they all have an empathy of what you are experiencing. I have never been in a doctor’s office where every single person you have contact with are as pleasant and empathic as this practice is. I am impressed with Dr. Robinson and her expertise in my reconstruction. Thank you to the entire office for your courtesy and your patience. I have and will continue to recommend this practice. I truly feel that I could not have had a better experience with both Dr. Robinson and her team. Caring, communicative, and supportive. I am very pleased with my results, only a few months out, and am sure they will only improve with time.

Highest level of commitment and obligation to patient care wasn’t met. DR. Robinson cancelled my operations and then rescheduled. My husband during Covid crisis flew from Ausa (lost 1 month salary flight/quarantine hotel and house isolation for 2 wks.) After we experienced all this Dr. Robinson cancelled my a
fully paid 2 minths prior to surgery permanently with no just reasons why. We are out several thousands of dollars; at no fault of our own.
Makes no sense and is completely unfair and should be compensated and have not nor given a reason. 100% not reasonable action from the doctor side. I expect a full explanation. Thank you, I await “why” you put me through this added stress and financial loss which you should compensate me for. Flight, $1405 for quarantine cost, ferry, taxi, (salary loss absorbed), interest on cc. Awaiting you to confirm my operation again as July 23/21.
OR: I would accept your apology; reinstate highest level of patient care.

I'd like to start by saying i have yet to have top surgery from dr robinson, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare for me.

i went in on January 8th to have top surgery, and sadly had complications resulting in the surgery not happening. it was later postponed 3 other times with each date being canceled 2 weeks before the date for more tests, resulting in me almost losing my job with all the hours i lost and all the time i took off work. Since January i have yet to hear from Dr. Robinson herself, which bothered me and still bothers me. I have only heard from other doctors on my case and Julia, who has been the most helpful in this situation.

I feel like there could have been more compassion and communication from Dr. Robinson, and if i knew this would happen i would have definitely went to another surgeon. I feel lost and helpless at this point with no chance for surgery this year.

i hope this was a little bit of a learning lesson for dr. robinson and her medical team, to maybe not put testing off until 2 weeks before surgery, and to maybe personally follow up with patients.. rough experience and i wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
