Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Bahl and her office was not so pleasant. Although she is very polite, her staff sent me out the door without actually examining me and asked me to come back. Her office charged me and reassured me that when I come back next time, I won't be charged. They not only charged me, they did not examine me when I came back the second time, asking me to come back yet again. I was rather disheartened and disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour. I will not be going back to Dr. Bahl and nor will any of my family.

Dr. Bahl has been my optometrist for over 5 years now and has always been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with advice. It wasn't until I brought my 11 month old daughter to her though that I knew how truly wonderful she was. She caught a problem in my daughter's eye that many doctors had missed. She got her in to Sick Kids Hospital with the opthalmologist that would ultimately save my daughter's eye sight. When she broke the news to me she was very gentle and patient with me (I'm sure she could tell that I was in shock). She explained everything that would happen and let me sit in the office to digest the news. To this day, anytime I have a concern or question her and her staff are more than willing to help us. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Bahl. Because of her diagnosis, my daughter can see.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bahl's for about 2-3 yrs. now. I can say that I've had quite a few optometrists in my time and Dr. Bahl is by far the best. She takes her time to fully examine my eyes (almost 1 hr.), extremely professional and always smiling and she explains fully the diagnosis in terms I understand. I recommended her to my mother (she already had her own but felt she needed another opinion). My mom was quite impressed with her professionalism and the amount of time she took to examine her eyes. My aunt, who was visiting from overseas (spoke no english), went there. She to was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Bahl took her time and did not rush. I've also seen her with children and they adore her. I would highly recommend her without any hesitation.
