I went to Dr Ricacardi for years, easily the best dentist I ever went to!

Great dentist, great hygenists and always there when I've needed to come in for an emergency. The dentist isn't my favourite place, but Dr. Riccardi makes it truly enjoyable as she truly cares about her patients and their comofrt.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Riccardi for almost 20 years. Cannot say enough good things about her, the staff and facilities. She’s caring and sensitive to anxiety. She also doesn’t push things like expensive teeth whitening products. If you ask she’ll tell you about them but you will never hear her plug a product without good reason. All around great dentist and person.

I was originally referred to Dr. Riccardi by one of my co-workers about 3 years ago, and now my whole family comes to see her. She’s gentle, sensitive to personal anxieties surrounding dental work and extremely thorough. Her hygienists and other staff are always friendly, and responsive when I e-mail them with any questions. The office has also undergone a few “covid improvements” which I really appreciate. I hope she never retires!!

Dr Riccardi takes the time to explain what she's doing and why something is happening, and presents options to solve dental issues. Her staff are personable and pain-free. My only negative is that I am sometimes kept waiting for more than 15 minutes when I arrive for an appointment.

I’ve referred at least 10 family members and close friends to Dr. Riccardi in the 20+ years I’ve been a patient. Her positive and thorough "patient-first" attitude is why I continue to take the long TTC ride to see her. The staff are friendly and professional, 5-stars all around.

Dr. Riccardi purchased the practice of my old dentist and I could not be happier to have met her! Not only is she always friendly, engaged, attentive and gentle, she's AMAZING at her job. She did a beautiful BioClear transformation on my smile (something that was never even suggested by my old dentist) and I've come in for a few whitening sessions with Tara. Kathleen and Marita have been great at squeezing me last minute for emergencies, it can be difficult to get in with her at times since the office is busy...but definitely worth the wait!

Dr. Riccardi is a wonderful dentist. Unfortunately I have a hard time booking an appointment, as my calls and email requests for appointments are not returned. Perhaps some new booking software might help, as well as better management of the office email.

Dr Riccardi has been my dentist since I was a little girl. I have a complicated case, and she has not only guided care of all of my concerns, but sent me to the best specialists when my needs exceeded her expertise. She's helpful, entirely competent, and offers a patient and empathetic bedside manner. I would recommend Dr. Riccardi to any and all of my family, friends, and associates. She is literally the best.

I have been seeing Dr. Riccardi for over a decade. She's committed to her patients and takes a holistic approach, asking about both physical and emotional health...something I really appreciate and is rare to find. Even when my requested full treatment plan was provided to me, there's no pressure to make quick decisions like many other offices. At this point I have probably recommended her to over 15 family/friends, and we all love her!
