I felt very rushed. I was Dr Lauren's first appointment and she kept me waiting but then ended abruptly because she didn't want to go over the time. I don't think she had another patient waiting so why the rush? I will be looking for someone who seems more interested in me as a patient.

Did not find her to be very genuine, although she seemed to know her stuff. My friend's child also saw Giselle in this clinic and was not overly impressed.

I started seeing Lauren years ago when my husband and I experienced a very traumatic event. She really helped me through one of the most stressful periods of my life. Lauren is always kind, compassionate and always ready to listen. She gave very helpful suggestions for dealing with the enormous amount of stress I was under and I always felt that she truly cared. She also helped with family issues and even took extra time, more recently, because she was concerned and wanted to know about some health issues I had been having. Barb at the front desk is exceptional. I always felt very 'at home' when I went to see Lauren and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

I visited Dr. Lauren but I found that she didn't take an extra minute and seemed in a hurry for me to leave, especially when she did not take me in on time. I don't expect her to give extra time but it's hard seeing someone to discuss personal problems when you feel like your being rushed out the door as soon as the time is up. I think this is an occupation where you like to feel like you are cared about for more then just service and fee. Otherwise she seemed nice and was friendly.

Dr. Lauren meets you where you are and works with you to create goals and achieve them. She is flexible, a shoulder to cry on and shoulders to help lift you up.

Lauren is truly an amazing psychologist; She is incredibly warm and comforting and is always learning/exploring current ways to help her clients. I have recommended her to 3 other people and they have all been happy with her. Lauren creates a welcoming and safe environment. The staff are always pleasant. Unfortunately, she is not currently taking new clients.
