I am a patient of Dr Jaffer and have had excellent service over the many years that I have going to her practise. She has always explains what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable and informed. Very personable and knowledgeable. I have referred several of my friends over the years and I have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

I do not know what can be improved, her practice does a great job for patients. She also provides a big screen TV for you to watch, while she is working on your teeth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jaffer's for at least 15 years. I cannot understand why she does not have more reviews. She deserves excellent reviews and feedback. She has always been proactive about suggesting the less interventionary route. For example most recently I went in for a sudden increase in tooth sensitivity. Rather than immediately saying that some dental procedure is mandatory, she suggested a different more intense approach with desensitizing tooth paste, and 'wait and see'. It worked. I never thought I'd 'enjoy' seeing a dentist, but that's the case with Dr. Jaffer. Perhaps she hasn't many reviews because it is more a trend in human nature to complain when things go wrong and less common to express appreciation when things are right. And 'things' in Dr. Jaffer's care are very 'right'.
