Been a year working with 2 teerh. Keeps over-charging me way too much with their proud "10%" off for their "best quality services" that consist of doing 2 bone graft surgeries for 1 tooth/implant area, and for another poorly done bone graft gum with 2 surgery screws sticking out (not implement screws). Not skilled. Takes way too much times. Takes way too many surgery photos. Nothing is still complete. Also asked for personal gatherings/meetings. Overrated. Unprofessional. Want my money back. Never seeing them again . Wish I can just sue them.

I was definitely over charged by him and my implant is still not done correctly. If I could give a negative review, I would. Every time I bite on my implant, it hurts. It's not supposed to. I know I won't be going back and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I am currently doing my implants with Dr. Sy. he is very experienced and patient. I feel that I am in good hands. he plans well and did well on all surgeries and implants so far. The staff are helpful. they never miss reminding me the appointments two days ahead. highly recommend.

Dr. Sy is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and conscientious. He took extra time with me today to explain the procedures and make sure that I was comfortable throughout. He has always been calm and thoughtful as we discussed different options and which would be best. He goes the extra mile and has even traveled to Europe to examine the processes that are used to create the bone graft material. I always feel welcomed and cared for. I couldn't be in better hands and I'm lucky to have found him. And if I have to wait a few minutes I know it's because he's giving another patient the time they need, as he does with me.

he is very nice but dont know why im so unlucky when i did surgery w him ,twice my tissue surgery and bone graft broken the tissue and one time the implant moved i had to did it again ,he wont charge me when he did surgery again for me ,i dont know he is not good or maybe im bad luck 😂

I booked an appointment with Dr. Sy for my boyfriend who had a bad tooth and it needed to come out. My dentist recommended him and they were all super nice right from when I first called. They booked us in pretty soon after calling in and they were all very helpful and were good at explaining the situation and treatment to us. I was concerned about the COVID thing but they had all these new air cleaners and stuff in place, took our temperature and did a screening - it was reassuring. We did have to wait for a bit for our appointment but the receptionist kept us posted (I guess a surgery ran late) and they apologized for the wait. His assistant was really sweet and Dr. Sy was pretty chill- he and my bf gabbed lol. They gave us estimates for everything (he needed an implant) and explained it all to us - I had lots of questions! My bf went ahead with the implant as Dr. Sy really seems to know his stuff. My bf will be getting his new tooth soon and is very excited! My mom is going to see him soon for her implant too. Very nice people and I felt that they would take good care of us.

I always have to wait, waited an hour for consultation. Bloody thumb print found on the x-ray cone(tube). Jug the assistant(CDA) touched clean instruments with her bare unclean hands. Instruments supposedly sterilized were left on tray undraped.
