Dr. MacLean is one of the best specialist I've had to deal with. He is so personable and friendly. He doesn't talk down to you. He interacts with my special needs boy. He is patient and understanding. I would highly recommend him as anyone's ENT.

Staff is okay - typical admin, we don't deal too much with the nurses. We love seeing Dr. Mac Lean and have been for nearly 10 yrs now. Highly recommended.

Dr. MacLean performed my 4 year old son's tonsillectomy in December 2020. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in our initial consultation. We were able to schedule the surgery promptly, and on the day of the surgery they were very gentle with my little guy. Dr. MacLean greeted us right at the door of the OR. His calm demeanor helped so much as I was a nervous wreck. Post recovery, my son no longer snores, gets a full night's rest, and eats so much better, which had been a big concern of mine ever since he started solids! This was the best decision to have our surgery done with Dr. MacLean. I'm so happy with the positive result.

Very upset with the lack of follow up from this office. Had positive bloodwork about my son's hearing that they failed to inform me about until I called to ask after months with no answers. Then they referred us to genetics and again, no answer for months - where is the accountability with this office ? It's my child's wellbeing.

We had a very bad experience with this doctor he did the nose surgery of our son and told us he is going to be fine after the surgery and what happened after few days nose back on it’s original position waste of time and pain my son suffered through during and after and we went thorough the critical and painful time because of him.

I took my child to see Dr. MacLean and was expecting a wonderful experience as I saw previous ratings that6 were fabulous. He saw my daughter for less than a minute and the student Dr. that we were left to talk with could not answer any of my questions. I am going to see someone else that will give me some time and show they care about the care of my child.

Best ENT in the area. He was punctual, had wonderful bedside manner. If I had more tonsils to remove, I would return.
