This review is a long time coming. It has been over a decade since I was Dr. Gunn's patient. Yet, the effects of his work continue today. I am forever grateful for his time, thoughtful care, and consideration to dissect my health and offer holistic solutions. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Gunn is knowledgeable, dedicated and has helped me immeasurably. I am so very grateful to him and only wish there were more psychiatrists who were available and accessible with his skills, patience, and compassion. He has provided excellence in medication, psychotherapy, CBT and schema work. A beacon of excellence in his profession.

Dr. Gunn is amazing. I have been seeing him for over six years, and I trust him completely. He's always late, but I can look past that because he is invested and truly cares about me and how I'm doing. Unfortunately, circumstances have changed for me, and I am moving back to Calgary Alberta, and I am having a hard time with saying goodbye. I know that he will do everything he can to help me while I am still here. I hope that I can find a Psychotherapist in Calgary that I can grow to trust and admire, like I have with Dr. Gunn.

Dr Gunn treated my loved one with compassion. He was very thorough, taking the time to listen to and get to know his patient, as well as taking a whole body approach to overall health. He was always encouraging and helpful, taking all concerns seriously. He is knowledgable about meds and not in a great hurry to prescribe or up dosage. He was always happy to include family in our loved one's care and we were all very sad when he left the schizophrenia clinic. We have not found another psychiatrist in that clinic that even comes close to providing the level of care we always received from Dr Gunn.

Dr Gunn is AMAZING ! He is thoughtful, kind and always looking to do the best for his patients. He explains all medications and reasons why or why not one might want to trial a medication. He keeps up on all the latest information and treatments. He is a caring listener. He is absolutely the best psychiatrist Victoria BC has to offer. He is knowledgable in seeking of supports.
