While at first meet she can seem a little brusque she is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I saw her in regard to mental health issues for about 3 years and she was extremely helpful and empathetic. She is the kind of doctor that will go out of her way so that you can get the care you need. In the three years I was there she had seen me after hours for a last-minute refill and waived fees for appointments I missed due to mental health issues. Every time she sees me she remembers non-medical details of my life and she follows up.

The only problem I ever had was having a prescription faxed to the pharmacy. But that seemed to be more of an issue of communication between the staff, the doctor, and the pharmacy rather than something in regards to Dr. Friedland herself.

If you can see Dr. Friedland I would highly recommend her!

Very knowledgeable and straight to the point, she is also really understanding and helpful, did not have to wait too long for my appointment as well. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Friedland is a great doctor. While she does come off as slightly intimidating, that is only because she is assertive, not rude. She is always busy so the fact that I usually wait for appointments doesn't bother me because I know she spends due time with her patients, and doesn't rush through anyone just to make it to her next appointment on the dot.

She hadn't had much previous experience with a condition I was diagnosed with but I know she did her research because at my next appointment she was prepared and very helpful and continues to keep tabs on me regularly.

Dr Friedland was very professional and knowledge. She was not afraid to step outside the box to treat my son. She went over the top to care for my son! She took extra time to clearly explain the course of action. She even called us at home to check on him and provide further treatment. Top notch physician! Thank you Dr Friedland!!

I saw Dr. Friedland because my usual doctor was away and I needed to refill my anxiety medication. She took her time getting a thorough history and asking lots of questions. I felt she was empathetic, friendly, and listened to me. She also recommended some resources to me that I can try at home because I am not able to access counselling at the moment. I would definitely go see her again for a mental health concern.

Rude and condescending. I've seen her twice for two separate issues and both times she was rude, condensing, and rushed. I felt that she didn't provide any advice or empathy. Impersonable and didn't seem to care about my concerns.

Seemed preoccupied and flippant. I'm sure she is a good doctor etc., but (when I could get a word in) she was inattentive, not caring and rushed me away. She was in such a rush I didn't even know my appointment was over until she threw me my prescription.
