Dr Marcarian is very efficient. Not overly talkative, but he will use his time with you wisely.
His secretary is very nice and friendly; will always call in advise to give reminders on upcoming appointment

I am 88 years old and at the beginning of the year noticed that my hearing was deteriorating. I had an appointment with him today. I checked what previous patients rated him and was confused and confounded by the extreme polarizing comments. However, I found the receptionist very polite and informative. I did not have to wait too long before an audiologist who assisted Dr. Marcarian tested my hearing. He too was very professional and polite. Then I saw Dr. Marcarian who listened to my complaints and not only examined my ears but also my nose as well. I am qualified to rate him because I was a professional now retired. I have nothing but praise for him. Those who debased him are either blind or have malice in their hearts! Let us be truthful and call a spade a spade!

Appointment was on time, and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The Doctor himself is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and skillful. He is very sanitary with his equipment and gentle with his checks/procedures. He explains his findings very well in a way that allows for the patient to fully understand. I was very happy with my appointment with him.

I went to see him about my nasal issue. He sent me for audio test and had it repeated too. Run away from him, run as fast as you can. He's only there for money. Ohip should audit him.

I don't know why college of surgeons and physicians doesn't read these reviews.

Great service! My appointment was in time . Some doctors office make you wait so long. Not this one. The medicine Dr. Marcarian prescribed really helped me. I feel much better now

He is the "MOST IRRESPONSIBLE" Doctor I have ever seen. He didn't listen to you, he didn't answer your questions. He didn't even have the intention to ask the patient to sit down for his examination, but stood and took 10 seconds for a simple check, and then just rushed you out of his clinic without any suggestions nor conclusions. What kind of "Specialist" is this who doesn't diagnose but only tries to rush his patients out and avoid all questions? DON'T DON'T DON'T see this Doctor!

I do not understand why this Dr. has not been reported to the CPSO for his horrible treatment of patients. All he wants to do is surgery. He seems to have missed the part in medical school that this requires meeting and assessing patients first. He would have been a great coroner, no patient relationships required and he could have been as big of a rude meanie
as he wanted and no one would have noticed that or his chronic poor time management skills.

Had a polypectony and septoplasty done 3 years ago and the follow up and care since then has been excellent. His secretaries are wonderful people ,always courteous and sweet

The guy that does the hearing test is great and very sweet as is the receptionist. However, I didn't think I needed to do the hearing test so I'm not sure why Marcarian had me do it. I also asked Dr. Marcarian to check my nose as ( I recently had a CT scan done which revealed all sorts of problems). He made a superficial glance, told me my nose was dry and that I needed to apply some polysporn on it. Of course it was dry, given that weeks before this appointment I was told I have a deviated and septum proliferation that was serious and needed to be fixed. What type of EYE, EAR, THROAT "specialist" doesn't even bother to actually look at your nose? I have serious breathing issues, you do not need a CT scan to know the septum is damaged. He just didn't care the look. I feel sorry for anyone who sees this guy. He will not check you properly.
