Dr Marcy no showed for an appt with me, at a point where I was stressed and needed a consult. She didn't take much responsibility for her no show, and offered me an appt for a week later. I did not feel like Dr did the patient responsibility thing well, never followed through.

Brilliant, skilled practitioner. Community involvement is stunning, but felt to me like takes away from patient focus. follow through, maybe staff, better scheduling,less reliance on phone consults and focus are important to clients.
