I have been a patient of Dr.Lang’s ever since my brain injury. He is an excellent doctor with lots of experience and new ideas to try. He has even gone to the government to fight for my medication to be covered (since I am on ODSP). The fellows that he has are very competent as well. I have only had a problem with his nurse that is supposed to be helping when you have a problem. Otherwise, I highly recommend Dr. Lang to anyone with a brain injury or Parkinson’s.

Does Dr Lang actually see patients, apart from the first visit. My husband has had several visits over the last few years, but on only two did Dr Lang appear. On the first he reviewed the history his fellow had taken, and was not receptive to having us correct errors in the history. On the second he simply told us what would be done, even though it made no sense based on changes that had been made just a couple of days before, and caused harm. Since then it has been a series of fellows. They are quite nice people. But why are people being referred to the world renowned specialist at the Movement Disorders Clinic to be seen only by fellows who have neurology training, and at most one year's experience in Movement Disorders? My husband has had much better care from his family physician and his community neurologist, both of whom just see patients, and a lot of patients.

Had to wait months for an appointment. Had to wait months for a test and then had to wait months for the results. Staff is terrible and doesn’t return phone calls.

I see a different fellow each visit. Some are excellent; others lacking. Dr Lang drops in to pontificate. The department as he runs it is not patient centred. I have been offered nothing but medicatiion whereas information on physiotherapy, voice therapy, nutrition, emotional help.dealing with a diagnosis of Parkinson's . Very disappointed. I once waited 2 hours for an appointment but receptionist didn't inform me there was a problem and seemed to think I was unreasonable for asking. A recent phone message hasn't been returned (6 days).

Had a referral sent to this office. It was misplaced, had to follow up and never received a call to schedule an appt. Was put on a waiting list - it’s been at least 3 years and still no call back! What can I say, terrible!
I did receive another referral to an office that operates to serve its patients.

My father is Dr. Lang’s patient for the past 15 years(parkinson)
Heis a great doctor with a very great, caring and knowledgeable fellow, Dr. Paulina Latapi.
Dr. Latapi is an amazing listener and would go to all the details and questions with us and answer all of our cancers.
I’m so grateful for dr. Lang and his excellent team.

Getting an appt. to see this Dr. is impossible. 4 months and still waiting to just get an appt. Then the wait to see him is 14-18mths. Good luck to those that are ill and need treatment!

I can't understand how this man is allowed to practice medicine. I am hoping that one of his students will step up and report him.
