Dr Lim and his staff are always welcoming, especially his receptionist and techs. He is very knowledgeable of his craft, offers helpful advice and different treatment options. He is direct with information and the cost, which of course is high being a prosthodontist, but he doesn’t pressure for treatment or gauge as some of these reviews mentioned. He’s even done complimentary work for me, and reduced his costs to make it more affordable when he knew it was a large expense for me. I am in the process of replacing 6 teeth and look forward to seeing the end result! So far he has been a great doctor, has listened to all my requests, and takes his time making sure his work is perfect. Would recommend to anyone needing prosthodontic work.

Dr. Terry Lim is arrogant, offensive and negative and just in it for the $$$. His fee is extremely high. The worst is that he only cares about getting as much money as he can from you!

His work is ok but would rather see someone else that is kind and doesn't have the bedside manner of a piece of lint. Time for him to retire.

I have been seeing Dr. Terry Lim for at least 5 years. He replaced a serie of crowns and bridges that were 30 years old. I had a lot of work done in my mouth and I can confirm that Dr Lim did an excellent work. He is very precise, skilled, professional, and conscientious. I will recommend him with no hesitations at all. He is the best!

Dr. Lim has an excellent eye for colour matching difficult front teeth. Both my daughter and I have gone to Dr. Lim to fix the previous work done on a front teeth. My daughter had a large filling pie shaped chip that didn't require a crown) and I had him replace a front crown that didn't match the other front tooth. After Dr. Lim, both front teeth match and look natural. I've had my crown since a child and most crowns I've received have never matched, now no one knows I have a crown.

Been seeing him for several years. Seems more interested in mining as much money as he can from you than actually providing any helpful service. I now fear my teeth are permanently in ruin due to poor advice designed to keep me a paying "customer". And I think he knows exactly what he's doing.

I think his consult fee is way too high
Bad enough insurance doesn't pay for his services.
He gets richer, we get poorer.
