Dr. Desrosiers has to be the most knowledgable an experienced dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure seeing. Not only did she take me in on a last-minute root canal and wisdom tooth extraction that had me in excruciating pain. But Her staff and her-self also explained everything during the procedure to make sure I knew what was going on and that I was comfortable. Two days after my visit
I received a Follow up message from her just to make sure I was feeling better:) I’ve never met a kinder dentist or one that would go above and beyond as she did.

I have only had positive experiences with Dr. Desrosiers. Her staff are very friendly and helpful; the hygienists don't criticize your dental practices (as I have experienced at other places). Instead, they provide suggestions and realistic strategies. Dr. Desrosiers is very personable and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Desrosiers has been my family’s dentist for 10 years now and I trust her completely. She goes above and beyond for her patients, even after office hours. My 15 year old son had a terrible toothache a few months ago and I called her at home (she provides her cell number to patients for emergencies) and she met us at her office on a Saturday evening about an hour later, opening up the office just for him. She got him out of pain for the weekend and finished a root canal for him a couple of days later. She even phoned the next day to follow up to see how he was doing--now that is what I call amazing service! I have referred several friends and family to see Dr. Desrosiers and I am happy we have found such a wonderful dentist who truly cares about her patients.

Dr.Alexis Desrosiers is wonderful ! The first time I had been introduced to her services was at the University of Alberta I had a horrible tooth ache .I thought my head was going to explode. Dr. Desrosiers fixed me up and phoned me on the weekend to see if I was alright even booked a follow up appointment. Over the years she has been very understanding and professional giving me options and discussing my oral health plan,within my budget.I now have a what I think is a beautiful smile. Thanks to Dr.. Desrosiers and staff I finally feel comfortable going into a dentist office .

I have been self concious about my smile for years and even at one point had a temporary filling that took the place of tooth in the front. Dr. Desrosiers patiently and carefully explained treatment options within my price range. She was kind,throurough, gentle and conscientiousness through out the entire treatment process. Demonstrating a true commitment to patient care and an accomodating nature she opened office after hours to ensure I had a pain free weekend with a great smile after being contacted late on a Friday evening after hours as well as reached out after completeion to ensure I was comfortable with outcome. I am so happy with the transformation and recommend her work highly.

I recently had a few bad teeth pulled out and a new partial plate made and I am very happy with the work that Dr. D did. She explained all of the options to me but in the end I went with the partial plate due to the lower cost. My partial looks great and no one can tell they are fake teeth. Really friendly staff at her office too, especially the assistants. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Desrosiers for over 5 years now and she is by far the best dentist that we have ever had. She is kind and patient with me (someone who is normally scared of dentists) and great with my kids who love coming to the dentist now. She did a root canal for my husband and he said it was totally painless…she even followed up with a phone call the next evening to see how he was doing. I have recommended her to friends and family and they all have great things to say about her. Highly recommended!

My family and I are long time patients at this clinic. Our regular dentist was away and I had an emergency that couldn't wait until they got back. I am nervous with dental treatment so hesitantly I booked my appointment with their associate dentist. Big mistake. I should have waited. I needed a root canal so proceeded with treatment that day as she had no patients booked( now I know why) I found her to be pushy and found it odd that she was asking if I had dental insurance( why would this matter). Let's just say I walked out of this appointment with a large bill that included more than just a root canal. I would not recommend seeing her to any of my other family members.
