I waited for 15 minutes in the room (after having my vitals taken) before Tracy came in. I appreciate the lab tests. She was less than helpful in answering detailed questions I have about my thyroid and from our conversation I gathered that she doesn't have as thorough of knowledge about thyroid/endocrine balance and supplements as I need in a practitioner. She wrote things in notes (that I received a copy of) that she never said to me during our appointment so one of her recommendations came as a surprise when I read the paperwork at home.

Tracy is very thorough, and she is very direct. I am very happy with her as my nurse, and I appreciate her detailed reports.
