Horrible doc, lack of professionalism. I heard all of his private conversations with other patients. When he came to check me, he literally stood at the door way and spoke to me. I found it a lack of privacy and didn't seem to care of my well being due to the way I treated physically and verbally.

horrible md i tried him again but it was worse his officemgr, Susie, left and i went there again waited almost 2 hrs. the staff is lazy now do not go there!!!!! He needs Susie back

I loved Dr. Jackson. I unfortunately moved out of state, otherwise I would still go to him. He really listens to you. He doesn't push meds on you like some other doctors. If he knows you are on a fixed income he and his staff will work with you. I wish I could find another like him where I live

Dr.Jackson and staff are wonderful. His main concern is you and your needs. So glad we found him. My husband and I have been going to him for 5 years. Sent my sister-in-law as well. She still thanks us to this day!! We plan on moveing, but will travel to keep him as our doctor. That pretty much sums up how good he is!!

I loved Dr. Jackson. I have never found another doctor like him. I moved out of town and travelled back to see him for years. I then moved out of state. If his office was not two and one-half miles away, he would still be my doctor. He takes the time to really talk to you and listen. It is hard to put into words what makes one doctor better than another. He just always made me feel like he knew what he was doing and had my best interests at heart.

Great MD. BUT has absolutely no respect for people's time. He's always 2-3 hours late. His staff is wonderful and take a alot of slack for his constant tardiness. The P.A. is also wonderful and goes beyond the call of duty.

My family has used Dr.Jackson for 15 years or more. His medical knowledge and his standard of care when you are sick is fantastic. He is available day and night and really cares about his patients. Sure, he is late sometimes, but that is because he is taking care of seriously sick people all day, not just in the office, but also in the hospital. He will joke with you to make you feel relaxed, but do not be deceived; he is honestly thinking of your best medical interest at all times. He knows when you need to be seen by a specialist, and will arrange for that to make your life easy. He will always return your call, and fight the insurance companies on your behalf to get medications and treatments approved. Not everyone likes every doctor, but we like Dr.Jackson and are very grateful to him for keeping us healthy over the years.

This is my 3rd time rating Dr. J and my ratings have risen. My most recent visits I noticed new office staff. (very glad for that). No fully packed waiting room and I was called in quickly and promptly at my appt. time. Dr. J has an excellent associate named Dr. Berkowitz who is an very, kind, caring doctor. Now, if they only had better parking.

My wife and I have had Dr, Jackson as our primary since he teased me about Mugsy Bogues at Seton Hall more than 35 years ago. We have entrusted our only son to his care since he moved from a pediatrician. My wife entrusted her mother's care to Dr Jackson. We trust him. He understands that I go only when I think I need to, he teases me relentlessly during my visit but is always listening, treating and diagnosing me. PLEASE, don't be fooled by the banter,every comment is well thought out for THE INDIVIDUAL PATIENT.Maybe we've been going too long but SUZY in the office knows us well and is ALWAYS helpful.Dr. Jackson has ALWAYS done right by our family.There is nothing more important.I am confident that that will continue beyond this 4/6/10 post.
