The 'Laboratory-Board-Certified-Medical-Technicians' are excellent & sew responsible. 'Cleanliness-is-Godliness' conditions. I was reminded of the necessity of accuracy & diplomacy.

Karen Biegel is great. She's easy to talk to, listens to your issues and takes her time with you. She caught two problems that no one else had thought to check out! I'm changing doctors however, because I don't care for her new supervising physician (Dr. Mashiba Jackson). This is one of the downsides of using a nurse practitioner. They are not completely autonomous and they have to go along with what the supervisor says, even though that supervising physician has only ever seen you once!
