When I was diagnosed with Melanoma Dr Basuk took charge, arranged the surgery, was in constant contact with me and saw me back to good health. I don't believe there are many doctors that would have been so attentive. I was profoundly lucky to have her and will always be greatful for her care.

I chose to switch doctors and try Dr. Basuk because my neighbor told me about her. I asked her a lot about my adult acne. She gave me with new options. I am happier than I have been in years because my acne is clearing up.

Dr. Basuk recommended creams for my face. I liked one of them and I still use it every day but I did not like the other one. Her office let me return the cream I did not like even though I told them I already used some of it. I think that says a lot about customer service at a doctor's office. Customer service is important to me and I am happy about that. I feel comfortable there.

Dr. Basuk is an excellent doctor. I have no idea if I would be alive today if I did not visit her office. She found a skin cancer on my body where no other dermatologist noticed it on me. I am so lucky I found her.

Waited 1 1/2 HRS! RUDE! Charged the insurance for things she never did! Nasty! Short! Does not explain anything! All about scaming the insurance system! I still dont know what my condition is! Stay away! Unorganized! She should have her License taken away for the way she abuses the insurance sytem!

I had been going to Dr. Basuk for a number of years on and off so I decided to take my daughter. She had recently gotten new insurance and didn't have her new insurance card yet. The woman at the front desk told us she absolutely could not be seen because she didn't have the new card. When we made the appointment, no one told us if you don't come in with an insurance card, no matter what the circumstances, you can't be seen. When I told herI wanted to speak to Dr. Basuk because she was so rude and obnoxious, she came back saying Dr. Basuk would not come out and we had to have the insurance card to be seen. In the meantime, they have you sign off on a form giving them a credit card number so in the event your insurance doesn't pay, they can charge your credit card immediately. So, if you have the assurance of getting paid no matter what, then why does it matter if you have an insurance card with you or not. It's all about the money and not patient care at this office. That woman should definitely find a job that doesn't include speaking to the general public because she has no business working in a doctor's office or any office for that matter. Whoever hired her should be fired themselves. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Basuk for close to 20 years. She always takes the time to listen and discuss any concerns I might have. Every medical decision she has ever made regarding my treatment plan has always been the right one! I refer all my friends and family to her because I know they will be well taken care of. I always feel welcomed by Dr. B and the staff and leave truly knowing I was well cared for! MJ
