Last 4 visits I never waited more than 15 minutes. Dr Septon listened to my concerns, check areas of concern and discussed treatment . Referred to her tablet to check biopsy results and facts of previous visits. A very competent, and personable, doctor that i have no hesitation whatever to recommend to friends and family

I waited 4 months to see Dr. Septon and I can't belief how you people rated her so HIGH!!!! That was my mistake to go by ratings. I arrived and waited to 2 hours to see her, just to be rushed out of her office in the matter of 5 minutes. That's all, yup all the time she had for me. I was asked in New patient registration form if I wanted a full body skin cancer check up and of course I said yes, but when I was seen nothing was mentioned and she didn't take the time actually to investigate my chief problem. I have itchy skin and hives and she looked at my skin basically for a second and said I had a psychological disorder. It took alot of guts for me to walk into her office and get help with my skin. Never ever did I meet an unprofessional, overbooked, unfriendly office in my life. LESSON LEARNED

Dr. Septon is great. However; every single time I'm there, its a two to three hour wait and the excuse is always that they're an hour behind schedule. This gets old when its happened 4 out of 4 visits I've had over the last year. Extremely frustrating when you wait that amount of time and then the actual time with the doctor is about five minutes.
Dr. Septon seems very knowledgeable, so that's one positive thing I can say.

A word of advice, do not waste your time and money seeing this doctor. I have been going to this practice for years and with each visit, I am becoming more disillusioned. Dr. Septon removed warst from my daughter's feet several years ago. The experience was nightmarish to say the least. My daughter was terrified and the the procedure was unnecessarily painful. My daughter screamed in anguish. I should have learned from that horrible experience. In recent weeks, I had taken my son for a mild case of teenage acne. She spent the entire time during his examination fiddling with her Tablet. She did not even spend time examining his skin but she was sure and swift to prescribe a very expensive prescription. She also enjoyed spending time peddling the products that the office now sells. What happened to serious patient care and necessary treatment. I am afraid after 20+ years with this practice, I will be going elsewhere. It seems anti-aging and Botox are more acceptable cases at this office.

I was here for a full body screening. Dr. Septon was pleasant, thorough, and her demeanor was very professional, her assistant, Stephanie was very sweet and patient while firming up procedures before I left. Thank you for an easy visit!

dr. Septon is a great doctor. Previous visits i had to wait over an hour but today i got in right away. She was not rushed and took her time with me. If it was like this every visit i would be very happy!

As a mother of 4, I am frequently visiting this office for my children as well as myself. A while back, I was fortunate to have met Dr. SEPTON, who had helped one of my children combat mole scum, and since has treated my entire family several times. Dr. SEPTON is amazing, in a word. She always enters the room with her bubbly, upbeat personality and I feel totally confident in her medical abilities. I have referred several people to her who have been very happy as well. My overall satisfaction is high, my only complaint is sometimes long wait times. Maybe a longer appointment can be given? Dr Septon is excellent and very thorough.
