This ARNP bedside manner is lacking. I had the worst experience I have ever had today at Olive Hill with this ARNP. I went in to get my Rx refill and he did not feel comfortable filling my medication. He wanted to change what I was taking because I had not filled it for 2 months. The medication is a -TAKE AS NEEDED, so guess what I don't use a bottle monthly because I take as needed. I am a verbal person and I promptly told him I did not want my meds changed. It has taken yrs of trial to find what works for me. He informed me I could not come in demanding medication(keep in mind this clinic has been prescribing me this for quite some time)and I was being aggressive because I did not want my med changed.If this professional or lack there of had looked at my chart he would see that I routinely get this med filled every 3-6 months because I only take as needed! After rethinking this out a very formal complaint will be put in. Do not recommend! Kim C.
