We've been going to Dr Causo for 8 years and wouldn't trade him in for any other doctor. He totally understands my children and the struggles they face day in and day out. We love Dr Caruso and look forward to every meeting. Thank you for everything, Dr. Caruso.

Dr. Causo is very knowledgeable and he sincerely has a heart for children. He took his time with our daughter to find out exactly what issues she was having, and was very thorough. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor, and a fine man. He does not believe in over-medicating his patients, and I appreciate that. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Causo, and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.

Very poor bedside manner. Not good with children. Office staff lied to me and said they took our insurance and then after my sons appointment said they didn't!!! I was stuck with the entire bill to pay! To this day, I still have no test results on my sons tests and that's after I had to pay a large sum of cash!!!!! Wish I had NEVER took my son to see this doctor.

We saw Dr. Causo for years. He did not put my daughter on the med regimen that worked. He did manage her case. LONG wait to see him(max 2 hours) and he would change what type of patients he would take often. It was OK. After hours would not answer sometimes. He hired a new staff(constantly changed) of people who were nice until our insurance company would no longer pay for her to see a Pediatrician and we HAD to switch. It took us six weeks to get an appointment with a new doctor. He did fill one medication for us during that time. I was told by Tina that he would not refill any more meds because I made the choice to change doctors and I should have said that her medication needed to be refilled when he filled the first one. I tried her that she was not out of the med at that time and I got the cold shoulder. Then she hung up on me. I could understand if she were a new patient but he knew us well and ultimately my daughter paid the price. Those meds are dire to her andhe knew that.

Dr Causo should not be dis'ed. I have watched my daughter improve under his care. He is strict and stern but loving and fun. She trusts him, as do I, which is a KEY component in any Dr / Patient relationship; especially when working with kids.

My children have been patients of Dr. Causo for over seven years. He is definitely a god in our eyes because he saved their lives by detecting heart defects that could have been fatal. We've had two emergency situations that he responded to immediately when we needed him. He is always willing to work with us on finding the right medication to help our children be more successful. He has referred us to appropriate specialists when necessary. His front office personnel are always friendly, supportive and willing to help with questions. I have referred several parents of special needs children to him and all have been appreciative of his help. I find it disappointing that someone (alli?) can write such a negative review about a human being who has done so much good for so many families. I will continue brag about Dr. Causo and refer anyone who could use his help. He has made our lives so much better and opened up the possibilities for our children to be more accepted as they are.

This doctor does not tolerate a parent who wishes to seek a second opinion for their child. He expects his patient's parents to unquestioningly accept the diagnosis and medication he gives to the child. He has a "Dr. God" mentality. Such an attitude is insulting to a parent and potentially fatal for a child.

This doctor saved my sons life.He is excellent. He never rushes me and he LISTENS. The office girls are great. He does everything himself. I love him and am truly greatful that we found him to treat our son. We drive 2hrs each way to visit him. He truly cares about the children and it shows. It is worth all of the extra effort made, just to go see him.

This doctor's office made an error and wrote the prescription for a date after the medication was scheduled to run out. I have plenty of evidence from past prescriptions showing that they made the mistake, and they still won't fix it. I am in the process of having them investigated for endangering the welfare of a minor in state custody. The Dr. has administrative staff complete prescriptions for him, and they don't know what they are doing. I do not recommend using him as a doctor.
