Customer service is terrible. Could not even get a person when calling numerous times, so I left a message; they never returned my call; when I stopped in person, they lost my blood results and blamed it on the lab!

I hate doctors but Dr O. is truly wonderful!!!! I would recommend everyone to go see him. The staff is ok you just have to know how to take them. The office definately needs some improving but with the care that I recive from Dr O , I can withstand the office setting

We have used Dr Ottaviano for over 10 years. I must agree with other posters that the staff is in serious need of retraining. But it's worth the aggrevation to see the Doc. He is a wonderful doctor that listens to you, takes all you say to heart and has a very caring & calming personality. It's like talking to a family member.

I am leaving after 15 years. The staff has become rude, unfriendly, and not helpful. Don't bother with appointments anymore you will still sit in a room waiting for an hour with no communication or explanation.

Dr. Ottaviano is a very knowledgeable and invites you to ask any questions you may have relative to your health. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. However, one particular member of the office staff seems as if she is always having a bad day and has a cold attitude. A new office staff person is relatively new to the practice. She is very nice.

Dr. Ottaviano is a very nice Doctor who listens to your problems and takes as much time as needed. I have gone to him for years.He follows up promptly with test results and calling in Rx. Has always referred me to top notch specialist when needed.Staff friendly but slow....office needs some sprucing up..however having said that it is most important to me to have a great Doctor than a beautiful office...Great Doctor!!!

I agree with everyone that Dr. Ottaviano is great, but he NEEDS to get rid of the extremely RUDE office staff! He is going to lose his practice if he doesn't. Also, let's please post your office hours on your voice msg. output. And the person who said 'they don't know what we're talking about, the staff is great', I believe is the STAFF trying to get at least one positive comment on here.

Dr. Ottaviano is a wonderful doctor and person. He truly cares and has a great staff. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. He always sends us to great specialists and follows-up.

A very good doc with very poor staff and no sign the situation is going to change. We've been with him for a decade and value his advice, but his support staff lets him down at every turn.

I really like Dr. Ottaviano, but the staff and office are the very bad. Call today for an appointment and I guarantee it will be tomorrow, and you will have to wait 40+ minutes past your scheduled time to see him. He should fire the office staff and remodel the office. I too have considered other doctors.
