Takes time to explain and discuss concerns. Office visits never seem rushed. Wait times can sometimes be long to get an appointment.

Looking for another doctor after about 19 years,my whole family was seeing Dr.Arch, but he just does not care anymore, and the front staff is very unfriendly, miserable people, who hate their jobs, not a kind word!not even a smile,I was begging on the phone, asking for bad ear infection RX to be called in since the office opened and until it is closed, and they were enjoying my misery while my son was suffering,so very unkind,I will not go back.

Dr Arcy is a great doctor. His office staff is horrible and incompetent. We have had nothing but problems with front of office. HEPA violations, insurance/billing problems, appointments we thought were scheduled and weren't, sent to wrong addresses for specialist appointments. And I've only been a patient for 6 months. Healthcare shouldn't be so difficult.

I have been a patient for a few years and time has come where i will be searching fir a new doctor. I like dr arcy but his front office staff are very bad and i cant call in without being on hold for less than 15 minutes (no exaggeration). Not sure if dr arcy is aware of these problems but should be.

Dr. Arcy has been my personal Doctor for more then 20 years. I have seen his business grow from nothing to wait in line to get an appointment. Dr Arcy is professional and very knowledgeable in his profession. He cares about each patient and is willing to help you with all of your sickness needs. He is excellent in his medical practice and patient relationships, once again I want to thank Dr. Arcy for all of his time and extra patient explanations about my illness.

Dr.Arcy has been our family doctor for 25 years. He used to be the BEST doctor around. But as of the last few years that has changed. He has become rude, short tempered, and has lost touch with what it means to be a family doctor. He has been condescending, offensive and belittling to every member of my family. Three times in the last few years, he has refused to render any treatment of acute injuries. Also,on several occasions, he has been unavailable while on vacation to refill monthly prescriptions, forcing his patients to go a week or more without their much needed meds. He has refused to see us appointments because of a $20 balance owed to him. He routinely comes to work looking unkempt and disheveled. Every member of my family has dropped him as a doctor due to his unprofessional conduct and uncompassionate attitude. It saddens me to have to say these things, because we were treated like family for so many years, but he no longer seems to care about the wellbeing of his patients.

Dr. Arcy is a wonderful doctor and has obviously been trained through the school of osteopathic medicine which would correlate to the increased wait time. I would agree with the previous reviews, the office usually runs an average of 30 - 45 minutes behind however; it's definitely attributable to the time and patience that Dr. Arcy takes with regard to all his patients and their respective diagnosis. I will wait the extra time for this level of much needed patient - doctor interaction. I would recommend Dr. Arcy to everyone - he is a truly caring, compassionate and competent doctor!

Love Dr. Arcy. I have been going there for over 10 years. Very competent doctor, the only problem is that he's always running behind. I have sat in a room for over 45 minutes waiting for Dr. Arcy. I don't know about his staff now, but in the past the staff was extremly unfriendly. I would walk in, and no one would acknowledge me or tell me whether I needed to sign in or not. It seems like the last couple of times it was a little better.
