Dr. Ottaviano is a great doctor, but he has a horrible staff. My family have been patients of his for over 5 years and his office has really gone downhill. Now we wait at least 40 minutes past our appointment time to see Dr. Ottaviano. His office is absolutely deplorable. From not calling in perscriptions or returning phone calls to general rudeness is commonplace. Even other doctors' offices that I have visited complain about his office. I have spoken with Dr. Ottaviano about this and he seemed to understand the problem, yet nothing has been done about it. I really like him as a doctor, but will no longer put up with his office staff. I am looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Ottaviano is a wonderful family doctor. He spends all the time you need and answers all questions for you. He has been my primary care doctor over 10 years and in my opinion is the best family doctor in the United States.
