Dr Mercadante has a wonderful staff I have never had a issue with any pa or np or lab or front desk staff I was having a problem with a med I was trying to get and his staff called around to find a pharmacy that had it talk about going above the call of duty if you need a Dr I recommend Dr Mercadante

How many physician offices can you get into same day or next day? This office has amazing hrs. including Saturday's. The PA's and NP's are wonderful and are overseen by the Doctor. I have always gotten great and timely treatment. PS - they still answer their own phone...no "dial 1 for..."

I was seen by Jessica, came up positive for influenza and was refused medicine as I was told to just take over the counter meds. I called back today because my symptoms are worse and they advised me I should’ve been prescribed tami flu but because my symptoms have been past 48hrs they can’t prescribe it to me now! I will NEVER go to this office again as I advise other people as well, I dragged my sick self to the doctor to be denied medicine?! And than told today that I SHOULDVE been prescribed it, it’s clear they don’t know what’s going on in that office and because of that now I’m stuck sick longer with no meds! Fiona is by far an amazing PA, it’s unfortunent she’s on vacation this week or I wouldn’t be stuck in this situation

This concerns his physician assistant Christine Niedbala. She's immature, uncaring, and unprofessional. Not only did she incorrectly diagnose me but blamed me for something that was due to her own incompetency in the matter. Also, she seems to have anger issues, having gotten angry at me over trivial things. Seeing this woman has been the absolute worst and most uncomfortable experience I've ever had with a health care provider.

Dr. Mercadante spends time and actually LISTENS to the patient. He's extremely thorough and follows up with labs in a timely manner. You are alsways guarenteed an appt either the same day or next day. You may not always see your specific PCP however you will be seen. As far as a previous comment about never seeing Dr Mercadante, you need to ask for that particular MD when scheduling your appt (be prepared for a wait) but if you're having a problem it shouldn't matter who you see as long as your seen! I recommend this office to all of my close friends and relatives.

I've been a patient of 'Dr. Mercadante' for about 5 yrs now and have yet to have him see me as a patient. I am usually seen by a nurse pract. or PA. I had one occassion to have my private information shared thru the office staff and i still feel like I get stares to this day. The girls are really unprofessional. The woman from the lab who draws blood is always kind and nice. The office hrs are convenient and are the only reason I still go there

eldery patient, gave bad diagnosis and when reports from labs came back didnt take the time to explain to the patien just how dire her condition really was. The patient was in too bad a shape to drive to the office and ad no family or freind available. If she was informed of what her condition was she would have gone to the hospital right away.

Great office hours, can always see the doctor or the nurse practitioner. They go out of their way to answer questions and don't seem to be in a rush to move you along.
