I had Dr. Pomichter for quite a few years. My husband and I moved away and when we moved back I had an appointment with him. Two hours before my appointment I got a phone call from a receptionist who accused me of lying. Which I didn't do. And canceled my appointment. She shouldn't be allow to deal with people. In 67 years I've never been treated this way by anyone!!

Totally committed to his patients. I would not go anywhere else for my Primary Care. Beyond excellent. Staff is wonderful. Spectacular. I have been treated in Columbia-Presbyterian in NYC, Albany Medical Center, but my first choice for guidance and direction will always be from Dr. Pomichter. I have had good care elsewhere but this office and Dr. Pomichter are truly Primary.

This is the most unethical physician I have ever encountered. He's a lair and a thug--awful, even by Greene County Standards. How this punk maintains a practice is an unsolved mystery;
