Clean office, helpful staff. The wait was average probably because there were quite a few patients in the office. Nothing to complain about. I would probably suggest Rabkin to my friends.

I went to visit Dr. Rabkin for the first time. My ear seemed to have a fluid buildup, which was bothering me for quite a while. I made an appointment, came into the office, checked in at the front desk, and waited for the doctor. Once he was through with his patient they said he would see me. It took roughly 15 minutes from the time i walked into the door to the time I was in his office. Dr. Rabkin questioned me about my symptoms and then began his examination. The examination seemed fairly thorough. Throughout the entire visit, the doctor was being extremely polite, and eager to help. Overall, I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Rabkin. I will probably schedule an appointment with him next time I have an Ear issue.

I made an appointment for the first time i wrote everything done for myself The receptionist told i was set to go. I had to travel 40 min to the office when i came there they told me i didn't have an appointment and the doctor is not there!! how ridicules it is made me travel for so long just to find out that the stupid receptionist didn't write my appointment down? and the doc is not there? wow will never ever go there! and they didn't even care at all rude!

I went to this doctor twice, it was OK for a while, the problem came back anyway. 3rd time i had an emergency, doctor didnt take me, YOU CAN DROP DEAD IF YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. What a dedication to the profession, shame on this kind of doctors, they swear to Hippocrates, but dont do anything to help to their patients.Emergency means that the doctor has to take the patients no matter what.( or may be i am not right?) MONEY OBVIOUSLY IS THE BIG ISSUE FOR THIS KIND OF DOCTORS. People choose doctors carefully.

Dr. Rabkin is a great doctor. I went to see him for allergies and to clean my ears. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable. The staff was very courteous and professional. I did not wait long and the whole process was a breeze. He cleaned my ears with ease and painlessly. I have been seeing him for my allergies and I am feeling great. I would definitely recommend this doctor. He truly cares about the well being of his patients and that's an excellent quality.

I wld NOT recommend this docotor.I went to him after a week with a CC of pain in my RIGHT ear and slght hearing loss.When he 1st to a look at me he told me I have nthig to worry abt that he wld give me an antbtic and I shld feel better in a day or so. Then I take an audiogram which was performed by a non fluent english spking wman.After he sees the results he insits this is more severe then he thght. He TAKES away the rx & sends me for blood wrk &MRI.I go thrgh all that.End result is that they mixed up the ear i had a prob with.Then 1 woman at the desk tld me it wld tke 7dys for my MRI reslts & tht the MD will call me.Funny that 1 hr to be exact i receive a phone call from another women saying that the doc reviewed my MRI results &that evrytg was normal it was ONLYan infection! Then she says the doc wild lke to see how I am respdg 2 the med NEVR prscbd 2 me.It gets worse she tells me 2 mke a apnt 4 nxt wk 2gve me a med! Does tht mke any sense? MONEY HUNGRY! IGNORANT!!NO RESPECT!!

I would not recommend this doctor to anybody!Avoid this businessman.I had throat pain and he has simply darted a glance and then has written out an antibiotic.But it did not help me,next visit he prescribed stronger antibiotic...I questioned myself "why couldn't he take my blood for check it?"I had throat pain about 6 weeks.I went to visit another doctor and lab found virus in my blood while Rabkin know only one way to heal-antibiotic,which is worsen virus deseases!!!!Rabkin's attitude has helped only his pocket, but has killed my immunity.Never come again!!!!!

They called my residence a number of times and despite my having an English answer machine they left messages in a foreign language for the wrong person. When I called back they were rude and insistent that someone else was at my residence. NO APOLOGIES !!!! I called back and asked for the doctor which Igor refused to let me speak to him so I could provide constructive feedback for his staff. First if the answer machine is in English the message should be in English second they shopuld not hang up on someonein the middle of a conversation, third if someone calls back and they say they are putting you on hold when they actually are hanging up and fourth when I call back and they refuse to let me speak to the doctor

I found the doctor to be very knowledgeable. I was seen when I came into the office promptly. He explained to me why I was experiencing my symptoms. The medications prescribed worked and instructions on what I needed to do were well explained.
