Great doctor and he actually sees me at my appointment time. Takes time to answer my questions. Really cares that his treatment and suggestions work for me.

There are no words for the way I was treated by Dr. Bard. Really nothing short of rude, lack of compassion and almost agitated that I brought up any health issues during my physical. Apparently I would have to make a separate appointment to discuss ANYTHING. They did not make that clear as I had made an appointment to discuss issues. I’m only in his office once a year at max, so I did think I could ask a question. He told me if I asked any questions, then he wouldn’t be able to get through the physical portion of my exam. When I did manage to finally squeeze in one question- he simply kept saying I will refer you to a specialist. He also mask shamed me and pretty much acted outright disgusted with me when I answered his question about if I wear masks on a daily basis now everywhere. We are now in September of 2022 when the masks are no longer required anywhere outside of some medical practices. Clearly, his beliefs interfere with his practice and if you don’t say you are mask compliant now still 100% of the time- he would absolutely rather you take your business elsewhere and you are a horrible human in his eyes. He made this extremely clear to me. It was an awful experience and I will never be back. He will be loosing two patients as my husband and myself will never be back. They also convinced me I had to do blood work there bc you have to fill out annual wellness forms. All this is is a way for them to bill your insurance for another visit and to charge you more for blood work. I have never been to a doctor that has shown less compassion in my life and I appalled that I was shamed for believing that my own immunity is strong enough to allow me to be mask free at my own discretion now. Really no words.

I'm very happy I found Dr. Bard's office. They have seen me on a same day basis, I never have to go to urgent cares anymore. Especially now when so many patients who possibly have Covid are going to urgent cares. My appointments are actually at the time they booked me for, this never happens for me at other practices.

Everyone needs a family physician like Dr Bard. Very welcoming office and staff. They know you by first name. Dr Bard is patient and really takes the time to listen. He treats you as if you're a partner when it comes to planning treatment. He's available for same day visits. So far, I've had nothing but excellent experiences with him and his office, and without a don't, I'd recommend him to everyone who needs a great doctor!

I'm not sure how he has such a good rating! I thought he was completely unimpressive with unhelpful rude staff.

Fantastic physician. My entire family sees him along with several close friends. We've all been extremely satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism and very warm and kind way about him. I'd recommend him to everyone.

Unfortunately my husband and I have had a terrible and very unsatisfactory experience with Doctor Bard. As a physician we never felt he was listening to us. I feel he believes that all problems are only solved through prescription drugs. When the mention of anything 'alternative' comes up he just types away at his computer, not listening and prescribes another drug. reviews have mentioned his bed-side manner as being warm and fuzzy. Well maybe those patients have been interacting with 'robots' too much? Our experience with his bed-side manner has been far from what a doctor should be. He lacks compassion and has no nurturing characteristics. A little levity and a sense of humor would go along way with patients in making them feel comfortable and relaxed. He is robotic and lacks all the ingredients that make a good doctor. I feel he would be better served in a research facility, out of direct contact with patients. As for the staff I feel they are a reflection of his personality...very business-like. Internal Medicine isn't a business model. It is the essence of and foundation of what people believe a doctor should be, and that is a person of compassion first!
