I went in to see Dr. Kirby and, like I had heard from my mom who was also "his" patient, I saw his NP, Greta. I needed to be checked and have a form filled out for work about my injury, which I still have and can barely walk around with. Despite my pain scale being a 6 or 7 and knowing there was no way I could keep up with what work would demand, Greta put on the form not only that I could go back with no restrictions, I could work overtime. I took it to work and they told me to go back and demand she redo it with restrictions so I could return safely. She refused. I lost my job for not being able to keep up with my team.
