Excellent doctor, caring and knowledgeable. His medical assistant is great also.

LOVE Dr. Hiuga! I was fearful of my first appointment a few years back. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. Very professional and laid back. I would recomend to him to anyone looking to switch. I now live in Fairfield and still make the drive out to Sacramento to see him.

I can not say enough about Dr. Hiuga!! He and his staff are the most loving, caring and most friendly ever!! He delivered both of my girls and is just a very loving person. He definatelly loves his line of work and loves life!! Thank you for such a wonder experience and for being so caring. :-)

Have seen Dr. Hiuga for over 30 years. He delivered both of my sons. He is caring, easygoing, thoughtful -- basically everything you would want in an obstetrician/gynecologist.

Dr. Hiuga is fantastic he dielivered my daighter and it was the best experience. Being a first time mom and not knowing what to expect he made sure I was very comfortable and happy. Considering the circumstance. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hiuga is a WONDERFUL OB/GYN! He saw me through an emergency c-section and I would not rather have been in anyone else's hands. His demeanor is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. He also could be described as laidback, which helps put me at ease with him. I chose him as my doc after reading in Sac Magazine that he is one of the area's top OB/GYN's as rated by his fellow doctors, and I definitely see why he earns such esteem from his colleagues. My only fear in saying such good things about him is that he will become too popular for me to get to see him easily! I highly recommend Dr. Hiuga and cannot say enough good things about him.

Excellent surgeon. Saved my uterus from a severe (20+ weeks-sized uterus) case of fibroids and clean-up the scar from my previous myomectomy.
