I was required to send all my medical history records, including the referral from a pain mgmt Dr & an original MRI disc. After reviewing, his patient coordinator called me saying I don’t need surgery and to see a pain mgmt specialist. I reiterated that I was referred to him BY a pain mgmt specialist. Later I was given an an appt and was told I need to get an X-ray prior. I guess they changed their minds?
Day of appt, I did X-rays and met with Dr. He says, I don’t need surgery and to see a pain management specialist. Again, I relayed the above, again, didn’t address my comment about his confusion and says it’s not a good idea to do surgery. I felt ignored and disgusted.
Also they never gave me my original disc back They were suppose to mail it. That was in March. It’s now 3 months later and still no disc. Now I have to pay for another one due to their incompetence.

With so many people in one office being so careless, I can’t imagine how careless they could be with the patients that ARE in their care. I strongly suggest DO NOT waste your time and money with Dr. Kai Ming Fu.
