Hubby and I have been patients since 2011 or so, and I have never felt 'dismissed' in my worries or concerned. Times I have waited longer than normal, have been because another patient is being given the time they need to discuss their condition. I get extra time when I need it, so turn about is fair play. I am not allowed to skip months and years between touching base with this physician, he wants to keep tabs on both of us, and does a good job of handling our concerns. I find Dr. Montalbetti to be empathetic, and compassionate. I get advice that is no-nonsense, my medication concerns are taken seriously and addressed ( I have gone down in dosage on my request after discussion about how I feel about being medicated ) - this doctor 'has my back' when it comes to ensuring I do not become reliant on drugs that are meant as an aid to get better, not a permanent lifestyle. I am very happy to have this physician handling my care, and providing timely referrals to specialists who deal with the other conditions that are not meant to be dealt with by a GP. This physician encourages me to take responsibility for myself, and provides all the backup I need to do so, including close monitoring of anti-depressants and so forth, on my behalf. I am extremely happy we were fit in to his practise and have every confidence in his abilities and trust he keeps our best interests in mind when I have occasion to see him. And his staff, both former and present, have always been lovely to both of us.

Soooo incredibly happy they got rid of the old receptionist...sorry but holy smokes she wasn't nice. The new office lady is so friendly and actually cares about making patients feel welcomed. Although there is usually at LEAST a half hour wait, I can honestly say Dr. Montalbetti is a very caring doctor and makes you feel comfortable and always follows up to make sure everything is going smoothly. He's a good doctor!

He was awesome for me he cares so much and it does makeup for lack of punctuality. The only reason he is late is because he doesnt rush his patients. If you want a super compasionate, nice, and knowledgeable doctor he's the one!

Considerate and excellent as far as following up and interest in his patients. He has made house calls as required for my ailing husband and provided excellent care, instructions and medications for our family. Highly recommended.
