Flora Aladi is very rude doctor with zero empathy or bedside manner. Would absolutely not recommend.

Flora Aladi does not like to communicate. Rude, uncompassionate lady. Hard to call her as a doctor. My lab result was not normal, and no one notified me. The doctor told me only I not goanna die because of that lab changes. Unprofessional amazingly, Period...... go to the forest stay alone, without people around, Flora

Flora Aladi-the worst doctor I have ever met. She was very rude to me, even raised her voice several times during my visit. I had pain in my breast she ignored it. During appointment she checked on the computer (probably was searching for information) about my health problems and then said that I took too much time. I had only 5-minute visit. Very arrogant and rude. All positive feedback looks very suspicious. I am pretty sure that she wrote them herself. Such people don't have to be in Health Care at all. Do not recommend ALADI.

Most unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Late. Wears stilettos, heavy perfume and designer everything. Doesn’t allow patients to change doctors in clinic. Saw another Dr in her clinic for 1.5yrs and then she dismissed me and said I wasn’t her patient. So now no family doctor and but I’m sure there’s better out there then this place

I want to preface this by saying I know health care workers are overworked, I recognize how this impacts the day to day functioning of our health care system. Saying this, my interactions with Dr. FLORA ALADI can not be explained away by burn out or fatigue. Dr FLORA ALADI is rude, unkind, uncaring , entitled and unprofessional. I can not understand why this women has chosen a "caring" profession, other than the financial attractiveness.

Every interaction with Dr. FLORA ALADI has left us feeling disregarded and unheard. At our last visit, she came into the room 30 minutes late, did not look at us, say hello or ask any questions. Not a word... and just started her procedure on my child. It involved a sharp scaple and nitrogen spray which is an uncomfortable procedure. Could she not ask a basic, "are you okay?"

When she was finished, I asked to review his bloodwork. She says she has someone in the next room so I need to book another appointment. But this was already my SECOND appointment booked to discuss. I asked if it is okay to leave abnormal bloodwork for 2 weeks without any intervention and she LAUGHS at me and says , "he is not going to die." She then quickly brought up google and scrolled through how his symptoms are attributed to low vitamin D and iron. Again, she has not even reviewed his bloodwork with me. I was godsmacked.

Fast forward 1 week. We arrive for our THIRD
APPOINTMENT to review the same blood work from over a month ago and get told we don't have an appointment today. We are told we can be seen as a walk in then we are told our appointment was actually yesterday. (Which it was not, because I was at work and did not double book myself.) Then I get told Dr FLORA ALADI says I have to pay the missed appointment fee. Words can not express the level of incompetence that this clinic is being operated at. THREE APPOINTMENTS to review blood work and a FRAUDULENT missed appointment fee. Needless to say, we left after this and will never be going back.

How is it fair for patients to be treated this way? I could not imagine acting this way and still having my job, never mind being a medical doctor. I will be taking my concerns with Dr. FLORA to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. The minimum this women needs is some training on basic human interaction and interpersonal relationships.

The Doctor shortage in Alberta is allowing Dr. FLORA ALADI to act however she wants without consequences and no regard to the patients who are stuck with no where else to go. I urge anyone considering DR FLORA ALADI as their Family Doctor to look anywhere else. This type of behavior from a doctor should not be tolerated. Albertans need to speak up and demand change for better Health Care. Shame on Dr. FLORA ALADI for being so incompetent at your job and your lack of professionalism and integrity.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Dr Aladi is a straight shooter but that doesn’t make her unkind. She went out of her way to help me navigate the health care system and address my medical needs. Thank you Dr Aladi.

Very aggressive,one of my friends worked there but she quit just because of dr aladi,she wanted to but one of my family members in jail

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Flora Aladi. She communicated in a very rude and arrogant way. On some medical questions, she responded that she is not a magician. Additionally, she gave me very annoying looks, so I didn't receive any reasonable answers or help from her. She couldn't explain anything, and I feel like I wasted two hours there. Dear management, please take a look at the behavior of your doctors and provide her with training on how to communicate with patients.

Dr. Flora Aladi is very rude. She refused to explain why she was prescribing a specific medication for my toddler. The pharmacist let us know that the medication prescribed was inappropriate and not correct. I would not trust her or her advice.
