Prof. Felix Chan is amazing. He explained the procedure professionally and thoroughly, his surgery treatment cannot be better, I could return to my work after 48 hours. In addition, Prof. Chan's team from office to anaesthetist are very supportive to patients.

A gentleman with a great sense of humor who also happens to be a very adept surgeon! That's how I would describe Dr. Chan.
His service was nothing short of professional. From my first meeting with Doctor right through to the post-op review I had a great experience with him and his medical and admin teams.
I had a rather large uterine fibroid (7cmx6cm) that was impacting on other organs and had become an encumbrance.
It was my first surgical experience so I had my concerns.
My first appointment with Dr.Chan was to discuss the scans. Dr.Chan put me at ease right away by answering all my questions. He explained the pre-op prep and surgical procedure clearly. So I decided then and there to go ahead with the procedure.
His admin team (Pari and Michelle) were great with answering other queries relating to paperwork and costs etc.
Post surgery Doctor visited me on both days in hospital despite they being a Saturday and Sunday. That's dedication!
As the procedure was laparoscopic there is little evidence of it externally (4 small incisions on my abdomen and the fibroid was removed through the belly button). Mainly I just have to heal internally. It has been only 3 weeks since the surgery so I have to give it time as it was a major operation.
I'm very grateful to Dr.Chan for his work and for helping me to get back to a healthier life.

My experience was one of desperation when I came to see Dr Chan. I Suffered many years of painful debilitating period pain and was hopeful that there would be some way to alleviate this
My husband was with me at the initial consult and Dr Chan also addressed him to explain how difficult my condition can be which was so helpful considering that often,, as women with any sort of menstrual issues we are overlooked and just expected to persevere. After discussing my options, It was decided that I would have a hysterectomy, I had previously birthed four children and had just turned 50.
Surgery went well, I was made to feel at ease by the anaesthesiologist and the assisting surgeon. I only needed one incision which was 2cm at the belly button which helped in my recovery.
I would highly recommend Dr Chan, his passion and dedication to his work is proven by his pioneering ways and the gentle way he relates to his patients.

I cannot speak highly enough of Prof Felix Chan. I have been under Prof Chan's care for 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, an excellent surgeon, always takes time to answer questions and provides expert medical care.
