Dr Sohn does not ask or listen to concerns. Her patient interaction is the worst. I’ve continue to go to her in hopes of improvement but this week was it. I missed an appointment that was scheduled a year in advance and she refused to waive the charge. Now, I’ve been her patient for over 7 years and never missed an appointment before. I explained I did not receive the reminder call or confirm it. Still not willing to consider. It was the final straw for me.

She is NOT a patient advocate. If you are not a textbook diabetic she has no clue how to treat you and therefor she basically blows you off or insist treating you like everyone else.

staff was rude. called the WRONG pharmacy twice, even after verifying it in office AND voice message on phone.

She is a rude as her staff. This person only cares about her schedule and not what patients are going through daily and she has no clue why the patient is not textbook and going exactly to plan.

As a patient seeing Dr.Sohn, she was good, but her staff and the staff in Southview Med Group are lacking. They are rude, have no knowlege of what goes on in the offices there. The manager of the office building is caring patients. Dr.Sohn would be better finding herself a new location if she wants to keep patients.
