by far the worst doctor I been to.he seems very uncaring or very unknowledgeable compared to other doctors I attended.he doesnt respond with information when you ask questions about your condition.matter fact the whole time I was in his room.he just typing on his laptop with no concern..i seen him 3 times 1 one week with no relief of any my symptoms.just to receive co-pay I imagine.i asked many questions about my symptoms only to be some what ignored.kinda rude if you ask me.i will be finding another "MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL".and if my sypmtoms worsen i'll be filling complaint with the medical board.there are a lot of good doctors out there that are good at what they do and caring..,but in my opinon dr billy de los santos is not one of them.value your health

I started seeing Dr. De Los Santos after reading his reviews. I was mislead by them because by far he was the worst doctor I've ever had. The nurses were kind and helpful.However, The doctor was unpleasant and looked like a deer infront of headlights.He seemed clueless and his only recommendations were to refer me to another doctor. I was very disappointed in this doctor because he did not appear in the least concerend; instead eager to move on to the next patient. I hope that this post will help other people continue to look elsewere for a real professional.
