only seen once, I was then turfed to APRN. seemed very uninterested as I had osteoarthritis ; was made to feel that it was just a "live with it" disease.

It is almost next to impossible to actually speak to the office staff to schedule an appointment. Every time I have called I have been on hold and the phone immediately goes to voice mail. I have called for test results for my mother and in speaking directly with Dr. Wang, I was told that she was not a patient of his. I understand that doctor's have many patients and not can't possibly remember everyone, but as a rule of thumb, wouldn't you validate the patient's info prior to making such a statement? During an initial visit, he came in with a cortisone shot without even asking whether or not she wanted one or had any comlaints/pain. Needless to say, not a patient any longer.

very smart doctor with excellent bedside manners. very patient and helped my husband a lot. always addressing my questions. the staff are very helpful. I have seen him several times, and each time I was treated very professionally. given me all information that I needed.

Dr Wang is always very thorough and patient with me. He is approachable. He returns calls promptly. Office staff is friendly.

This Labor Day weekend I attempted to pick up my prescription at my local pharmacy. The pharmacy stated that Dr. Wang's office had given authorization for the wrong dosage, a dosage that my ins comp would no longer cover. The pharmacy advised me to call the on-call Dr and have him call in the correct dose. When the answering service called the Dr. he informed them that I was not a patient of his & he could not help me. I was stunned. I see Dr. Wang regularly every 6 mos for the past couple yrs now & he has injected my knee a couple different times with cortisone. I asked the service to have him call the pharmacy to verify that he is in fact the prescriber on the medication. A supervisor came on the phone & said "I'm sorry but the Dr will not speak to you- he says you are not his patient, this will have to wait until Tuesday after the holiday!"
Well something similar happened another time with this Dr. and his remembering his patients - needless to say I cannot not sleep for three nights because its an inconvenience for him. So if you are looking for a Dr who truly cares about people and will take the time to help - look elsewhere. He is correct NOW - after this episode I am NOT a patient any longer.

My mother is suffering with pain from her RA, Dr. Wang has done nothing for her pain... Nothing, and she is stuck on steroids wich is killing her.. I do not recommend him to be your doctor... I love my mother and for her to not be given a narcotic because of his moral judgement , and giving her experimental drugs that cause her more pain as well as cost to much for someone on a fixed income.. This is not helping my mother.. I'm sorry for this but my mother is in pain aren't doctors supposed to help and not hinder?

such a nice man! took time to listen to me. explained to me several times as to how to take my meds. had alot of patience with me as i kept forgetting what he said. i would highly recommend this doctor.
