Dr. Steven Kwan and staff are so amazing. When a misdiagnosed back molar given a crown turned into a nightmare for me, Dr. Kwan and staff made an immediate appointment, performed an immediate root canal (dead nerves in crowned tooth), while saving the existing crown by drilling into it, cleaning out dead nerves and refilling the crown. Two days later, I called again with an extremely painful abscess that had accumulated on the outside gum of the misdiagnosed original crown (now root canal). Again received an immediate appointment, treated the abscess and prescribed an antibiotic -which gave relief from miserable pain. Dr. Kwan and staff were professional, knowledgeable and extremely caring. I thank them for the immediate attention I was given and recommend Dr. Kwan and his staff.

during the pandemic when everyone had to make changes this guy was charging patients a $35.00 covid fee to cover the changes he had to make to his office. Even when there were loans offered and it was a tax write iff for him. white americans did not charge this u justified fee. I an still offended and would not recommend him. He took forever to do my root canal. He can not be trusted and is u ethical.

After seeing multiple dentist Dr. Kwan was the only dentist willing to save my tooth with a root canal while the other dentists wanted to do an implant. He was very kind and explained the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kwan.

Staff is terrible. The office policies are geared to make the patient pay as much as possible. In addition, they require that patients provide social security numbers "to bill insurance", which is in not correct and which poses an unnecessary security risk to patients.

I had my first root canal done by Dr. Steven Kwan. His staff answered all my questions. The procure was painless and they did a wonderful job. I would definitely go back if I ever need a root canal.
