Great experience as always. Awesome endo...friendly and knows what he’s doing. I think the negative comments on here are ridiculous. He is top notch.

To the person who wrote,"I cannot believe the idiot who had the gall to posit that, 'the negative comments here have been fabricated and anonymously posted by a competing area doctor' as perhaps that is how Dr. Hess operates, but no medical professional I have ever known could ever be so void of integrity, ethics, and low in character as to stoop to such egregious tactics. " Really? Check your spelling before you "posit" a rating. I am a Nurse Practitioner and, rest assured, no idiot. Go whine somewhere else.

My experience with Dr Hess was very positive. He performed a root canal and everything went well.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and got referred to Dr. Hess for a root canal.. I was able to see him the same day for a consultation and went back the next day for the root canal. He was nothing short of wonderful.. He kept checking to make sure I was doing well and I didn't feel a single thing. Just the noises creeped me out.. I would 100% recommend him

First of all I would love to know where he got his dental degree at ? , ( Walmart ) perhaps,? RUDE is a under statement!!!! I would not recommend at all !!!! He is not worthy of the Dr.. at the beginning of his name, worst experience of my LIFE, never felt comfortable or as if I was in good hands, felt as if I was just another person giving him money, instead of being treated as a patient !!!!! Never again !!!

I love Dr. Hess. I've been to him twice now and will not even consider another doctor if I ever need an endodontist again. The only thing I can imagine is that the negative comments here have been fabricated and anonymously posted by a competing area doctor. Dr. Hess does outstanding work with impeccable beside manner. He is the best!

I was long comment two down. I went back and had another crappy experience with Dr. Hess. Was rude and abrupt and when I asked a simple question was condescending. And btw other than pain meds for the tooth I mentioned in the previous comment and once for a minor surgery I have never had pills other than antibiotics. I am not a pill head. I do not even drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes and have never used any illegal drugs. He just did not give them to me because of my age.
