Very knowledgeable about pain and work injuries. He was kind and compassionate with me and easy to talk to. I have significantly recovered following treatment with Dr. Behravan.

After my appointment with him recently i would like to give this man a 0 star rating if i could...in the appointment he told me to my face "his honest opinion" and said i had mild pcs syndrome and that he was going to help me and order and request all these tests and refer me to a specialist and then he goes and dares to write his statement as saying everything i got going on is all in my head like if im making things up or making it seem like if i am crazy now i dont know if he is just being bias due to trying to do his best for workers comp insurance but he is definetely not doing his best to treat you or make sure you are getting the correct treatment i think the right authorities should look twice at his license and the way he works

I was referred to Dr. Behravan by my primary care doctor for a consultation. I must say he is a very busy man but his staff was wonderful and accommodating. My first appointment with him was very extensive. He exceeded my expectations to say the least. He explained and answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. He did a series of injections for me which have relieved my pain tremendously. I also have seen his assistant Ridi Patel who is very gentle and well informed. I would definitely recommend him.

you just don't have patient waited for 5 hours, if my back can stand sitting in the small chair for 5 hours straight, I don't need to see doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Behravan since 2006. I've always found him to be one the most conscientious and professional pain and spine doctors I have interacted with since my injury. He is forthright when discussing diagnosis and treatment. Unlike other physicians who monitor and limit their time speaking with patient's, I've observed that he will take as much time as needed to help his patient's understand what the issues are, and to explain what treatments are recommended in order to manage pain. He is not one who will tell you what you want to hear, but instead what needs to be done to improve health and well being. His primary focus is to provide high quality healthcare to his patient's. His staff are the ultimate professionals. They are there to answer each and every question a patient may have, with total courtesy. Janice, who is a Family Nurse Practitioner who works with Dr. Behravan, has a world of knowledge and respect for those she interacts with. She has gone above and beyond to insure that I fully comprehend the issues related to treatment of my back injury. She has assisted me in obtaining a specialized brace for my back, which has allowed me to improve my quality of life. I assure you that you cannot find a more professional and respectful medical group than this team.

I have the highest regard for Dr. B. - I was injured and visited a dozen doctors to no avail! My first visit he gave me my life back- I couldn't sit or get up from the toilet without pain(I mean screaming pain)! I have been seeing him for 4 years and totally blessed to have him as my doctor!!! As for waiting to be seen - consider the number of patients and there is only one of him!!! I had a dear friend that was suffering severe back pain due to cancer! I referred her to Dr. B. - he seen her right away and gave her instant relief- so when you are sitting there complaining think about the patient that is suffering more than you!!!

This guy is a joke. After 2 visits and no diagnostics he concluded thst my neck pain is all in my head. He thinks his time is more valuable than hus patients and i literalkt waited more than 2 hous after my appointment before even being seen. Waist if time and money, and my neck still hurts

He didn't listen to me at all, didn't hear what I was asking him and completely dismissed my concerns. And the worst part is that I felt like he was oogling me. He even asked if I had a boyfriend. Out of line! And he really gave me the creeps. I will definitely not be going back nor recommending him to anyone else.

Bay Area Pain & Spine Institute 19 minutes ago I WAS always treated with respect by dr bahravan. I have had the injections a number of times and enjoyed he explaining things to me a a person. Lately how ever I have been avoiding the appointments with Janice the medical add who give me my refill pain medications. And today I left in tears b/c I was pressured in to explaining my financial problems and this is a very embracing issue. But ALSO because I HATE to be LECTURED about my health or why I fell, what happens to me is not for her to be judged on. I'm 45 years old and I'm the one in pain, I truly do not need her telling me what I must do or anything. She is only to ask how my day is and if there is any new problems. I have respect for dr bahravan and have enjoyed going to the office but I have had enough lecturing thank you
