I have written reviews about Dr. Cherrick in the past. But, considering how much he has helped me, I wanted to write another review. I am 76 years old and I started going to Dr. Cherrick 15 years ago because of a unsuccessful surgery on my neck and upper back that left me in constant pain. Dr. Cherrick is, by far, THE best doctor I have ever had. And, what is more important to me, he is the best person I have ever met. We have all been to doctors who treat us like a number on an assembly line. Dr. Cherrick is definitely not like that. He takes a personal interest in every patient. He wants to know about their pain and how it effects their daily lives. And he actually listens to his patients, which is definitely lacking in doctors today. I could go on, but I don't want to take up too much of your time. In closing, I want to say that, if you are new to the area, or you are looking to change doctors, your search is over. On July 21 I waited i hour and 20 minutes to see him. No apologies for being late. He ordered a ctscan and X-ray of my lumbar area. He gave me a prescription for a pill to help me sleep, the pain was making me sleep deprived. Next appointment was scheduled for August 11! I got the results of the Ct scan the next day and waited patiently for him to contact me with a pain management plan. Today, August 4 , I have not heard from him regarding either .I have never had the experience of.a Doctor not giving me the results of tests he ordered, and a plan for dealing with the results. We are talking about pain management !! I shall cancel the appointment.

I went to Dr.Cherrick's practice 3 years ago where I had back injections done with little success however with not a lot of pain management specialist that will take my insurance and still in pain I returned 2 years later(about a year ago). Dr. Cherrick was very unprofessional. He came into appointments late, most times anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour late, keep in mind, I was his first appointment for the day. If I was late for my appointment he would have charged me a fee and rescheduled me went onto the next patient-isn't my time as valuable as his? He very unprepared when provided with prior medical documentation requested such as xrays, MRI's or at the referrals that that were brought in. His use of fowl language and rushing to have me do his dictation so he could rush off to his next patient made me feel as there was sense of compassion or concern for my wellbeing. After explaining certain medical concerns and having him YELL at me that it was my fault that nothing could be done, is the reason I am writing this review. I am not one to usually write reviews for minor reasons however but given the treatment I have received over the past few years and compounded with I am not any further along than I was 3 years his practice several years opportunities to make things right and to still be in so much pain is not acceptable. Good luck for those who choose to go to him as I hope your experience will be better than mine was.

Dr Cherrick is very easy to talk to , and an excellent listener. I like him very much. Also Dr Mahnoobi is a super hero excellent Dr and great listener .that is very important to us as patients. My God continue to bless you with your given skills.

Dr. Abraham Cherrick, is very caring and professional at the same time, he also listens to what his patients has to say. He aims at the root of the problem. The best Doctor that I have seen in along time. We need more doctors like him.

Dr. Cherrick, his assistant Diana, nurse and front desk staff were all friendly & helpful.
Diana was impressive in her assessment of my mother's pain
Dr. Cherrick was amazing in getting pertinent information about my mother's fall and symptoms quickly, eliciting important details while making her feel at ease with his friendly banter. His dedication and caring for even brand new patients is clear and I'm grateful my mother was referred to him by her primary provider.
We were also impressed by our initial meeting with Dr. Mahboobi and followup phone call about my mother's injury. Again, obviously a dedicated and caring doctor.

I?ve been a patient of Dr. Abraham Cherrick for nearly 18 years. Even though I?ve moved out of the area, I willingly travel the 100 miles round trip because I have never found another physician or practice group that listens as compassionately during ?bad days?, moves mountains on my behalf if pharmacies or insurance companies are confounding me and most importantly, provides the highest level of therapeutic care and comfort to me month after month.
